This fantastic holiday home in Oostkapelle is the ideal base for a holiday in Zeeland with your family or your dog!
The house is suitable for 6 people and has a rural location on an active farm.
The living room has a spacious corner sofa where you can relax after an eventful day in Walcheren overlooking the garden. Of course, there is also a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and fridge. There is also plenty of cutlery and crockery.
Adjacent is the dining table for 6 people, from which you have a beautiful view over the Zeeland landscapes.
The house has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find the first bedroom with double bed and sink. On the first floor are the other 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a single bed and one with 2 single beds.
The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a walk-in shower, sink and washing machine. There are two separate toilets on the ground floor and on the first floor.
The garden is the perfect addition to this holiday home in Oostkapelle! On your sunny terrace you can enjoy a snack and a drink while the children play on the playground.
The ideal holiday home for your family holiday in Zeeland with or without a dog! The villages of Oostkapelle and Domburg, where you can enjoy the forest and the beach, are nearby!

Oostkapelle is a real family seaside resort where you can do a lot during your holiday on Walcheren! The atmosphere in the village is friendly and relaxed.
Are you looking for socialising? Then you need to be in the Dorpsstraat! Here you can enjoy a drink, lunch or dinner in the sunshine on one of the cosy terraces and restaurants.
In this street you will also find a bakery and a supermarket. The central location means that all our holiday homes in Oostkapelle are close by!
During the summer months, you can also take a look at the summer market.
Of course, there is also a bicycle rental so you can discover one of the many cycling routes to Middelburg, Veere or Domburg!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
