This super nice holiday home in Serooskerke 'De strandloper' is the ideal place to enjoy a carefree holiday in Zeeland with your family!
The house is charmingly furnished, suitable for 4 people and fully equipped.
In the cozy living room there is a 2-seater sofa, 2 comfortable armchairs and a TV. Adjacent is the dining table for 4 people and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
The house has 2 spacious bedrooms. In the first bedroom there are 2 single beds and in the second bedroom there is a double bed with 2 separate mattresses. Of course you have the possibility to put a cot in the bedrooms.
There is a large garden where you can enjoy a snack and a drink on the sunny terrace at the dining table. The children can have fun for hours on the park playground, which you can see from the terrace of the holiday home! The playground has a football pitch, swings, slide, play course and trampoline.
The location of this holiday home is truly ideal! In the village of Serooskerke you'll find plenty of peace and quiet and in a few minutes you can reach the well-known seaside resorts of Oostkapelle and Domburg, where you can endlessly enjoy the Zeeland coast!
There are 2 bicycles at the house, which you can use as a guest. You won't want to miss the beautiful cycling routes around Walcheren!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
