Description
The chalet is located on the same plot as the holiday home and the owners' house and is about 2 km from the beach, the forest and the village.
From the chalet you have an unobstructed view over the fields to the dunes.
The cosy living room has a comfortable corner sofa where you can relax in front of the TV after a beautiful day in Walcheren. Adjacent is the dining table for 4 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher.
The chalet has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed.
For the children there is a playground with a swing, a trampoline, a playhouse and a football pitch where they can play.
You can park your car on your own property, there is enough space for it. Internet is free of charge, the code is in the house. The house is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed.

Oostkapelle has a super wide and clean beach where you can endlessly enjoy the sea air of Zeeland.
Are you looking for socialising? Then you have to be in the Dorpsstraat! Here you can enjoy a drink, lunch or dinner in the sunshine on one of the cosy terraces and restaurants.
In this street you will also find a bakery and a supermarket.
In the summer months you can also take a look at the summer market.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
