Beautifully located holiday home with pool/sauna & indoor pool - with nearby snow slope
You can expect a holiday flat in a quiet location with maximum relaxation factor on a beautiful south-facing slope in the climatic health resort of Hauzenberg-Raßreuth in the Bavarian Forest.
The holiday flat is designed for a maximum of 4 adults, who can stay in one bedroom with two single beds and a living/dining room, equipped with a cupboard bed (double bed). In addition, a baby cot / cot is available.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, free WLan and a flat screen TV, radio are also available.
On the balcony you have a clear view of the Alps in good weather.
For your relaxation you can use the free swimming pool (seasonal), the heated indoor pool and the sauna. (In November the indoor swimming pool and the sauna are closed)
The nearby Freudensee (approx. 300m) provides cooling in summer.
Whether hiking, mountain biking, skiing, tobogganing or simply relaxing, with us there is something for every dream holiday.
For our younger guests, there is a children's playground and a table tennis table in the holiday village.

The holiday village is located 19km from the three-river city of Passau.
There are three golf clubs nearby and for winter sports enthusiasts, the skiing area at Oberfrauenwaldes is a 5-minute drive away.
The Hochficht skiing area in Austria with 1338 metres of altitude is also only 35 km away.
