The "Quartier Görmitz" has a wonderful starting point for numerous activities in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz and on the entire island of Usedom. The 66 square metre three-room flat is located on the first floor of the house and offers sufficient comfort for four people.
Tastefully decorated in natural colours, you will find the kitchen-living room, both bedrooms and the bathroom. Make yourself comfortable on the two sofas in the living room with a nice movie in the evening and a soothing fireplace in the cold season or experience the sun's rays on the adjacent balcony with a fresh drink. No matter what you decide, you will enjoy it. The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with all the essential kitchen gadgets. In the same room you will also find the dining table with ample seating.
The first bedroom is lovingly furnished with a large box-spring bed and wardrobe. In the second bedroom you will also find a double bed and a wardrobe, in addition there is another TV set.
The daylight bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, shower and towel heating, as well as a washing machine, which you are welcome to use.
Wi-Fi is available for you free of charge. You can park your car in your own parking space in the courtyard of the house. You have the possibility to store your bicycles in a lockable bicycle room. There is a lift in the building, which will take you to your flat in a relaxed manner.
