The sunny, modernly furnished luxury holiday flat ,, Sonnentraum ,, is located in a new, modern residential complex that was completed in 2015 in the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz, situated between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser.
The flat is located on the first floor.
It can also be reached via a lift.
The flat has underfloor heating and a balcony facing west
Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed
The bathroom has a ground-level shower, very suitable for older guests
A special amenity of the flat for the colder season is a fireplace.
On the property there is a bicycle storage room belonging to the flat and a car parking space.

Location and surroundings of object
Zinnowitz, which is over 700 years old and has been a seaside resort for over 160 years, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses were built in impressive architecture, which, together with the generously laid out promenade, create a unique picture.
Situated between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, on one of the narrowest parts of Usedom, the village is surrounded by beech, oak and
Beech, oak and coniferous forest. The white, gently sloping sandy beach is just as inviting for relaxation as the Amber Spa with its 850 sqm seawater swimming area or a sea trip on the Baltic Sea or the backwater.
Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat.
You can reach the beach in about 15 to 20 minutes and the Achterwasser in about 15 minutes.
A wide range of offers for wellness, culture, games, fun and sports make a stay in Zinnowitz a short-wave event at any time of the year.

Here you can marvel at houses that were built at the beginning of the century and have been lavishly and lovingly restored in recent years. A large selection of restaurants, cafés and shops can be found in the village centre and the surrounding area. Thanks to its mild, stimulating climate, Zinnowitz is popular with young and old. Families are drawn to the fine sandy white Baltic Sea beach or, in bad weather, to the 'Bernstein-Therme' with its seawater swimming pool and sauna area.

Family holiday
We spent a lovely holiday. The booking, arrival and departure were without complications. Mrs Brusch gave us a friendly welcome and was available at all times.
The apartment corresponds to the stated equipment and the published pictures.

Autumn holiday
We spent a wonderful week here.
The flat is very bright, friendly, very clean
and lovingly furnished, just to feel good.
The shops are just around the corner and the beach is only a short walk away
and the beach is only a short walk away.
The contact with the landlord and the handing over of the keys was very nice!
