Description
The flat is decorated in a modern style with a natural colour scheme and offers enough space for up to two adults and one child. The living room has a cosy living area consisting of a couch and two armchairs, and a TV for your entertainment. Enjoy an afternoon coffee on the adjacent terrace in beautiful weather or dine together at the dining table in the living area. Quick meals can be fabulously prepared in the small kitchen, which is open to the living room. You will find practical helpers such as a two-plate cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In addition, there is another TV here for high comfort. In the cooler season, time can also be wonderfully spent in the conservatory adjoining the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC, towel heating and a ground-level shower.
For the little ones, a travel cot incl. mattress (without linen) and a high chair are available in the flat for free use. WLAN is available free of charge. An assigned parking space is located directly at the house. In the basement of the house you will find a laundry room, where you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee, and the bicycle room is also located here.

Location and surroundings of object
Zinnowitz, which is over 700 years old, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Zinnowitz has been a state-recognised seaside resort since 1851. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses were built in impressive seaside resort architecture. Zinnowitz's Baltic Sea beach is part of Usedom's coastline, which is over 42 kilometres long. The fine beach sand here stretches up to 40 metres wide and invites you to do sports, have fun, relax and go for a walk. Between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, the village is surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forests. Fields and meadows around Zinnowitz, as well as the unspoilt Gnitz peninsula, invite you to go on cycling tours. The Achterwasser, a bay of the Peenestrom, promises you peace and relaxation. On nature tours, hikes or excursions, you can embrace the unspoilt nature of the island landscape, actively experience and enjoy it.
