The lovingly furnished holiday flat Lilly (completion autumn 2015) is located in a new, modern residential complex, in the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz, between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser.
On 55 sqm in the attic, which is also accessible via a lift, you can feel completely at ease in the comfortable holiday flat with upscale furnishings (fireplace, underfloor heating, WLAN (guest access), ventilation system, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with sufficient crockery, 47 " flat-screen satellite TV in the living room, Bluray player, music station by Teufel, small balcony on the south side, private parking space (No. 82)) even after a beach holiday or a hike in the Achterland.
There is enough space for 4 persons.
2 separate bedrooms (SZ1: double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m; SZ2: sofa bed 1.50 x 2.00 m) are available. Bedroom 2 also has a 40" flat-screen satellite TV.
The decentralised ventilation system for controlled living room ventilation with heat recovery is worth mentioning.
All skylights and the balcony door have a pleated blind, external blind and insect screen roller blind or door (over the summer months).
Travel guides and Rother hiking guides from the island of Usedom as well as a few books, blurays and a collection of wooden games are available.
Bicycles can be stored in the outbuilding (no. 10).
Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
You can reach the beach in about 15 to 20 minutes and the Achterwasser in about 15 minutes.
The network of cycle paths on the island of Usedom is also very well developed.
A car is not necessary, the Usedom Bäderbahn (UBB) takes you all over the island including to Swinemünde.

Location and surroundings of object
Zinnowitz, which is over 700 years old and has been a seaside resort for over 160 years, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses were built in impressive architecture, which, together with the generously laid out promenade, create a unique picture.
Situated between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, on one of the narrowest parts of Usedom, the village is surrounded by beech, oak and
Beech, oak and coniferous forest. The white, gently sloping sandy beach is just as inviting for relaxation as the Amber Spa with its 850 sqm seawater swimming area or a sea trip on the Baltic Sea or the backwater.
A wide range of offers for wellness, culture, games, fun and sports make a stay in Zinnowitz a short-wave event at any time of the year.
Away from the stream of visitors are the two peninsulas Gnitz (north) and Lieper Winkel (south), which jut into the Achterwasser. The hilly Achterland is an ideal hiking and excursion area ("Rother Wanderführer Usedom").
Whatever your heart desires can be found in Zinnowitz: Club cinema, theatre (Blechbüchse), galleries, open-air theatre, tennis courts, play paradise for children on the beach promenade, amber spa, restaurants, cafés and boutiques invite you to linger and browse.

Arrival by car:
Coming from Berlin, take the A11 towards Stettin. At the Uckermark motorway junction, drive in the direction of Stralsund until you reach exit 27 (Gützkow). Then drive in the direction of Wolgast on the B111 to Zinnowitz.
Coming from Hamburg, take the A24 to the Lübeck junction. Now take the A20 to exit 27 (Gützkow). Leave the motorway here and take the B111 towards Wolgast until you reach Zinnowitz.

Please turn left into Möskenweg, then take the 1st right into Gnitzer Weg and immediately right again into Görmitzer Weg, drive a short distance straight ahead, 2nd house on the left, parking for Fewo Lilly is number 82.
Arrival by train
Take the train to Züssow and change there to the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB), exit Zinnowitz.
Arriving by bus
Fernbus and Flixbus will take you to the island of Usedom. The UBB bus takes you directly to Zinnowitz.

We had a wonderful week!
The apartment is beautifully quiet, very cozy, and very well equipped.

It was really great again (!)
We had a few very nice days around Ascension in this comfortably and cozily equipped holiday apartment (by the way, it was already our second visit). The apartment gives a very well-maintained impression. The kitchen, bathroom, and living area offer everything you need to feel very comfortable. The grocery stores (and importantly, the bakery) are a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is a 20-minute walk away. Absolutely no problem. And yes, we will definitely recommend the "Lilly"!

Feel-good weekend in Fewo Lilly
We spent a short holiday in this beautiful, tastefully furnished apartment Lilly. The service is super. Everything you need was there, even fresh spices. The weather was excellent. The fish restaurant "Zum Smutje" is highly recommended, but you should book in advance. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful pre-Christmas time
We spent 2 wonderful days in this modern, yet cozy, very tastefully furnished holiday apartment. We would have loved to stay longer, as you can really relax and unwind here. The price/performance ratio is great. Absolutely recommendable!!!
