Welcome to the Baltic resort of Koserow - one of the amber resorts on the island of Usedom. A highlight is the resort's new pier, which, thanks to its lighting, creates a unique atmosphere, especially in the evening hours. The "Seeblick" holiday complex is located directly next to the impressive pier. Whether the beach, restaurants or other shops, from here you can reach everything in just a stone's throw.
The two-room flat offers 47 square metres of space for up to three people. The flat is located on the ground floor of the house and features a maritime, modern interior style.
The living room is equipped with a large sofa with sleeping function, a bookcase and a TV for your entertainment. Due to the cut of the room, the open kitchen and the dining table in a bay window are wonderfully separated from the living room. The interplay of many small details transforms this room into an absolute feel-good place. The kitchenette with its extensive basic equipment offers you the possibility to prepare your own meals even on holiday. You can reach the adjoining terrace via the living room. Thanks to the roofing, you can enjoy the Baltic Sea air here even when the weather is not so nice. The bedroom offers you a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres lying area) and a wardrobe, which provides enough space for your wardrobe. In the bathroom you will always find shortcuts thanks to two entrances. You will also find a washbasin, WC, shower and sufficient storage space here.
A private parking space is available at the house. WLAN is available free of charge. For the very small visitors, a baby travel cot with mattress but without linen and a children's high chair can be found in the flat. A lockable bicycle room is also available. In the common rooms of the complex there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee.
