Description
It is a converted circus caravan with a conservatory in front and a covered terrace. It is only about 20 m to the water or jetty. You are directly connected to nature, so to speak. The caravan is ideal for families with children. The equipment is simple but functional.
There is a large bedroom (10 m²) with a double bed (1.80 m wide) and a small bedroom (4.5 m²) with a double bed (1.40 m wide). In the winter garden there is a sitting area, couch, TV (SAT), games. In the small kitchen there is a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and various dishes. There is no water connection. Cooking and washing up is done under the covered terrace. There is a settee, 4 plate cooker with oven, dishwasher and sink. There is a barbecue.
In addition, 3 holiday flats will be rented out on the farm in the attic of the converted barn (former Vilzseearena) from summer 2022, see object number 386414 at Ferienhausmiete.de
The property includes 2 jetties with terraces to sit on for the common use of all holidaymakers.
You have the possibility to swim via the jetties or from the shore.
The bathroom is in a separate little house (red door, 5 m²). There is a shower, WC, washbasin and a washing machine.
A SUP, a rowing boat, a kayak as well as a 3-man and a 5-man canoe are available for the common use of all holidaymakers
2 sun loungers are available.
For an extra charge, it is possible to use the rowing boat as a motor boat (6 hp motor)
There is also a table tennis table and a campfire site.
A special highlight is our barrel sauna directly on the lake.

Location and surroundings of object
Our property is located exactly between the church and the Vilzsee. We live there in a detached house with a granny flat. The granny annexe is rented out as a holiday flat (object 42960)
In addition, 3 holiday flats in the attic of the converted barn (former Vilzseearena) will be rented out on the farm from summer 2022, see object number 386414 at Ferienhausmiete.de
The small village of Diemitz is situated in southern Mecklenburg directly on the border to Brandenburg, in the middle of the towns of Wittstock, Neustrelitz and Neuruppin, close to Flecken Zechlin (10 km), Mirow (12 km) and Rheinsberg (15 km). Berlin is 120 km away and Warnemünde (Baltic Sea) 145 km.
Diemitz lies like an island surrounded by lakes, to the south in the Neustrelitz small lake area and to the north in the Rheinsberg lake area on the Müritz-Havel waterway, on Lake Vilz
In addition to the major waterway, there are some of the cleanest clear-water lakes in Germany in the immediate vicinity, only about 1000 m away. These include the Große Wummsee (visibility depth of up to 7 metres), the Twernsee and the Giesenschlagsee.

| in April 2020, a spa tax was introduced in the municipality of Mirow. There is an additional €1 per adult person per overnight stay, this visitor's tax is paid to the municipality. incl. electricity and water 10 € extra if you bring your dog with you. The circus caravan is not rented out from the beginning of October until Easter because the water is turned off then. |

Family vacation by the lake
Very nice accommodation, very nice landlords, great location by the lake and everything comfortably furnished. We didn't miss anything! Vacation and relaxation with a bit of water sports ??

Spontaneous short break with great weather. After getting up, straight into the water, wonderful if you could overcome yourself! A gift. Everything very clean. Fresh, delicious bread rolls and eggs. We will come back!

Beautiful vacation!
we had a wonderful time in Diemitz. We can definitely recommend the accommodation. Everything was very lovingly prepared and above all clean. The surroundings offer many opportunities for cycling, rowing, paddling, etc. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!
