Description
It is a converted construction trailer with a covered terrace. It is only about 20 m to the water. You are directly connected to nature, so to speak. The caravan is ideal for 2 people. The equipment is simple but functional.
There is one large room which is divided into three areas. Sleeping area with double bed, in the middle the kitchen area with fridge, 2-burner gas cooker, sink, toaster, coffee machine and various dishes. There is also a table with 6 chairs, directly in front of a very large window with a view towards the lake. A TV is available, you can watch from the bed or from the table. Furthermore, there is a small couch, which can be extended to serve as an additional sleeping option. For colder days, the trailer is equipped with a small stove.
The bathroom is separate, about 50 m away
For leisure activities, a 2-man, 3-man and 5-man canoe as well as a rowing boat are available. These are also used by the tenants of our holiday home and our extended circus caravan.

Location and surroundings of object
Our property is located exactly between the church and the Vilzsee. We live there in a detached house with a granny flat. The granny annexe is rented out as a holiday flat (object 42960). We also rent out a converted circus wagon (object 43004)
The small village Diemitz is situated in southern Mecklenburg directly at the border to Brandenburg, in the middle of the cities Wittstock, Neustrelitz and Neuruppin, near Mirow (12 km) and Rheinsberg (15 km). It is 120 km to Berlin and 145 km to Warnemünde (Baltic Sea).
Diemitz lies like an island surrounded by lakes, to the south in the Neustrelitz small lake area and to the north in the Rheinsberg lake area on the Müritz-Havel waterway, on Lake Vilz
In addition to the major waterway, there are some of the cleanest clear-water lakes in Germany in the immediate vicinity, only about 1000 m away. These include the Große Wummsee (visibility depth of up to 7 metres), the Twernsee and the Giesenschlagsee.
In the village itself, the new restaurant "Regulin am See" opened in May 2017
There is also an ice cream parlour (self-service) with homemade soft ice cream and lunch specials (fish, meat).
There is a beautiful sandy beach, a playground, football pitch, volleyball court and basketball court
Nearest shopping facilities (Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Netto, drinks market, Fischer, Sparkasse, Raiffeisenbank) in Mirow 12 km away.

Dream vacation
We really have to say, we have never found such a clean accommodation. The landlords are super nice and helpful. The location is simply fantastic. Absolutely recommended, we will come back!

It's not just a trailer, it makes it onto the list of wonderful places.
We were able to be guests in the "Bauwagen" Diemitz for 7 days.
On a large meadow behind the owner's house and a large holiday home, you are alone and yet not alone. The property is definitely larger than 3000 square meters, has 3 separate access points to the lake, 2 boat docks, and somehow has everything you need to have a secluded vacation.
The construction trailer itself has been converted with a lot of attention to detail. It has a camping feel, without the effort. At the same time, you sleep in a regular bed, have a table and chairs, a couch. You sit outside, can cook outside and inside, everything is covered. Especially on rainy days, you don't have to hide indoors, and on warm days, cooking doesn't add extra heat. ;-)
During the day, we made intensive use of the 20m to the lake. Swimming, paddling, .... In the evenings, you sit outside in great tranquility, watch the gray goose family, and observe swallows and bats on their flights.
We will come back.

Ein toller Urlaub
A wonderful vacation, the weather at the end of September was very favorable to us. A boat tour with the boat belonging to the property, in bright sunshine and summer temperatures, was a great experience. The landscape and location of the trailer, which is fully equipped, are fantastic. Highly recommended for travelers who want to enjoy peace and scenery.

Recuperative vacation
The location and the surroundings are pure relaxation. It is wonderful to look out over the lake and enjoy complete peace. You are in good hands with the Tobien family. We have already booked for next year and are really looking forward to this vacation, as time passes way too quickly.

We'll be back :-)
One of our best holidays ever, we felt very comfortable.
We had some bad luck with the weather for the first 2 days, but there is plenty to see in the area, you don't always have to go swimming :-) The rest of the vacation we just enjoyed ourselves. Canoeing, a bit of swimming (the wind was still a bit strong), sunbathing and just chilling out, that works great there. The "White Fleet" on the Müritz from Rechlin to Waren with the passenger ship "Sonnenschein" (built in 1927) were particularly beautiful for me as a ship lover. The area offers plenty of variety.
The construction trailer has everything one could wish for and need to survive. Beautifully furnished and cozy. Cell phone reception and therefore internet are also not a problem, if one even wants that in such an environment. To reach the toilet and shower, you go across the property, about 20 meters. 20 meters. Here everything is new, very well-kept and absolutely clean.
I took the most beautiful pictures of the lake at night or at sunrise on the way to the toilet :-)
In the evening, you can sit on the shore fantastically with one, two... glasses of wine. You sit in the middle of the reeds surrounded by tall old trees with a beautiful view over the Vilzsee.
Diemitz is a small, original village, very beautiful and not built up with hotels and residential areas. The Tobien family takes care of everything, we were very well looked after.
Finally, the "Vilzseearena" must be mentioned, a barn specially converted for sports events, used for the World Cup, Euro Cup... (but not audible on the property). In the arena, one is warmly welcomed as a "stranger" or "guest", immediately in the midst of the action and can celebrate with the locals from Diemitz. Finally, a greeting to Bernd from Bavaria :-)

Simply BEAUTIFUL!!!
We were able to spend 4 days at this idyllic place. The trailer is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. In addition to the small kitchen, there is even an outdoor cooking possibility.
The absolute highlight is the large panoramic window with a view of the lake.
As soon as you open your eyes in the morning, you can enjoy this dreamy view.
We were there for fishing, among other things, and were not disappointed. The free use of the boats is also great. Highly recommended is also the restaurant "Regolin am See", just a few steps away. The chef cooks himself here, and it simply tastes heavenly! We will definitely come back and thank the very nice landlords, the Tobien family, for sharing their dreamy property with guests.
