Description
It is a converted construction trailer with a covered terrace. It is only about 20 m to the water. You are directly connected to nature, so to speak. The caravan is ideal for 2 people. The equipment is simple but functional.
There is one large room which is divided into three areas. Sleeping area with double bed, in the middle the kitchen area with fridge, 2-burner gas cooker, sink, toaster, coffee machine and various dishes. There is also a table with 6 chairs, directly in front of a very large window with a view towards the lake. A TV is available, you can watch from the bed or from the table. Furthermore, there is a small couch, which can be extended to serve as an additional sleeping option. For colder days, the trailer is equipped with a small stove.
The bathroom is separate, about 50 m away
For leisure activities, a 2-man, 3-man and 5-man canoe as well as a rowing boat are available. These are also used by the tenants of our holiday home and our extended circus caravan.

Location and surroundings of object
Our property is located exactly between the church and the Vilzsee. We live there in a detached house with a granny flat. The granny annexe is rented out as a holiday flat (object 42960). We also rent out a converted circus wagon (object 43004)
The small village Diemitz is situated in southern Mecklenburg directly at the border to Brandenburg, in the middle of the cities Wittstock, Neustrelitz and Neuruppin, near Mirow (12 km) and Rheinsberg (15 km). It is 120 km to Berlin and 145 km to Warnemünde (Baltic Sea).
Diemitz lies like an island surrounded by lakes, to the south in the Neustrelitz small lake area and to the north in the Rheinsberg lake area on the Müritz-Havel waterway, on Lake Vilz
In addition to the major waterway, there are some of the cleanest clear-water lakes in Germany in the immediate vicinity, only about 1000 m away. These include the Große Wummsee (visibility depth of up to 7 metres), the Twernsee and the Giesenschlagsee.
In the village itself, the new restaurant "Regulin am See" opened in May 2017
There is also an ice cream parlour (self-service) with homemade soft ice cream and lunch specials (fish, meat).
There is a beautiful sandy beach, a playground, football pitch, volleyball court and basketball court
Nearest shopping facilities (Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Netto, drinks market, Fischer, Sparkasse, Raiffeisenbank) in Mirow 12 km away.

It's not just a trailer, it makes it onto the list of wonderful places.
We were able to be guests in the "Bauwagen" Diemitz for 7 days.
On a large meadow behind the owner's house and a large holiday home, you are alone and yet not alone. The property is definitely larger than 3000 square meters, has 3 separate access points to the lake, 2 boat docks, and somehow has everything you need to have a secluded vacation.
The construction trailer itself has been converted with a lot of attention to detail. It has a camping feel, without the effort. At the same time, you sleep in a regular bed, have a table and chairs, a couch. You sit outside, can cook outside and inside, everything is covered. Especially on rainy days, you don't have to hide indoors, and on warm days, cooking doesn't add extra heat. ;-)
During the day, we made intensive use of the 20m to the lake. Swimming, paddling, .... In the evenings, you sit outside in great tranquility, watch the gray goose family, and observe swallows and bats on their flights.
We will come back.

Ein toller Urlaub
Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, das Wetter Ende September meinte es sehr gut mit uns. Eine Bootstour, mit dem zum Objekt gehörenden Boot, bei strahlendem Sonnenschein und sommerlichen Temperaturen war ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Landschaft und Lage des Bauwagens, der vollkommen zweckmäßig ausgestattet ist, sind traumhaft. Sehr zu empfehlen für Urlauber, die Ruhe und Landschaft genießen möchten.

Erholungsurlaub
Der Ort und die Umgebung ist Erholung pur. Es ist herrlich über den See zu schauen und die völlige Ruhe zu genießen. Man ist bei der Familie Tobien bestens aufgehoben. Wir haben gleich für das nächste Jahr gebucht und freuen uns schon riesig auf diesen Urlaub, denn die Zeit vergeht viel zu schnell.

Wir kommen wieder :-)
Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube überhaupt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir hatten die ersten 2 Tage etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber da gibt es in der Gegend genügend Sehenswertes, man muss nicht immer baden :-) Den Rest des Urlaubs haben wir es uns einfach gut gehen lassen. Kanufahren, etwas baden (der Wind war noch etwas heftig), sonnen und einfach gut gehen lassen, das geht da hervorragend.
Die "Weisse Flotte" auf der Müriz von Rechlin nach Waren mit dem Fahrgastschiff "Sonnenschein" (BJ 1927) waren für mich als Schiffsliebhaber besonders schön. Die Gegend bietet genügend Abwechslung.
Der Bauwagen bietet alles was man sich so wüscht und zum Überleben braucht. Schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Handyempfang und damit Internet sind auch kein Problem, wenn man das in einer solchen Umgebung überhaupt will. Zur Toilette, Dusche geht´s einmal quer über das Grundstück, ca. 20 Meter. Hier ist alles neu, sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber.
Die schönsten Bilder vom See habe ich nachts oder bei Sonnenaufgang auf dem Weg zur Toilette gemacht :-)
Am Ufer kann man am Abend traumhaft mit einem, zwei ... Gläsern Wein sitzen. Mann sitzt mitten im Schilf umgeben von hohen alten Bäumen mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick über den Vilzsee.
Diemitz ist ein kleines, ursprüngliches Dorf, sehr schön und nicht mit Hotels und Wohnsiedlungen verbaut.
Die Familie Tobien kümmert sich um alles, wir waren sehr gut aufgehoben.
Zuletzt muss noch die "Vilzseearena" erwähnt werden, eine extra für Sportereignisse umgebaute Scheune, die zur Fussball-WM, EM ... genutzt wird (aber auf dem Grundstück nicht hörbar). In der Arena wird man als "Fremder" oder "Gast" herzlich empfangen, ist sofort mitten im Geschehen und kann mit den Diemitzern feiern.
Zum Schluss noch einen Gruss an den Bernd aus Bayern :-)

Einfach nur SCHÖN!!!
Wir durften 4 Tage an diesem idyllischen Ort verbringen. Der Bauwagen ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man braucht. Zusätzlich zur kleinen Küche gibt es sogar noch im Außenbereich eine Kochmöglichkeit.
Das absolute Highlight ist das große Panoramafenster mit Blick auf den See.
Sobald man morgens die Augen öffnet, kann man diesen traumhaften Blick genießen.
Wir waren u.a. zum angeln da und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die freie Nutzung der Boote ist auch toll.
Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das nur ein paar Schritte entfernte Restaurant "Regolin am See". Hier kocht der Chef selbst und es schmeckt einfach nur Himmlisch!
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und bedanken uns bei den sehr netten Vermietern, Familie Tobien, dass Sie ihr traumhaftes Grundstück mit Gästen teilt.
