Description
The holiday flats are attic flats (35-40 m²). The property is located directly on the water and has two jetties with terraces and some boats (rowing and paddle boats,SUP) for the common use of all holidaymakers. You have the possibility to swim via the jetty or from the shore.
The use of a sauna is possible by prior arrangement.
The barn was completely renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. Access to the holiday flats is possible via an outside walkway. A stay in the cosy flats is also worthwhile in the cooler seasons.

Genius Days in the Water Hiking Paradise
We were at the accommodation for the second time and were once again thrilled. Anyone who loves nature will be fully satisfied here. Various routes for water wanderers, numerous hiking and biking trails invite for physical activity. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. You can easily self-cater. There are no shopping facilities on site, as the town is actually too small, but this is not a problem if you arrive by car. The property has a very large meadow by the lake with play opportunities, a fire pit, and direct lake access. The landlords are very nice and helpful; we would love to come back.

A place to unwind
A very nice vacation rental, everything is still new, very clean and tastefully decorated. The large window front facing the lake is simply great. Boats, sun loungers, swings, table tennis table... all in good condition and free to use. Breakfast on the jetty? No problem! Plus, very nice landlords who are always available. Thank you for the wonderful days!

It is a very tastefully furnished holiday apartment. A magnificent view of the lake delights the guests.
For the cooler season, the sauna, located directly by the lake, is a special feature.
The landlords are very friendly and take very good care of the guests' needs.
In terms of scenery, the holiday apartment is located in a beautiful environment. Hikes can be started right outside the front door.

Beautiful vacation
In the center of the village directly on Lake Vilz, located at perhaps the most beautiful place in the Mecklenburg Lake District, holiday apartment.
Ideal for water sports and fishing.
The hosts are very accommodating and friendly.

Great accommodation!!!
We were a family with two children in the Rieke holiday apartment and can highly recommend the accommodation. The holiday apartment is newly renovated and well equipped. The landlords are very nice, everything is clean, you can go directly to the lake from the property and you can even rent boats and a SUP. The use of the sauna directly on the lake is also possible. For the children, there is a trampoline, a slackline, a ping pong table, and several outdoor games available. We especially liked the fact that many large trees provide shade on the property. All in all, we would love to come back!

Beautiful small apartment on property right by the lake
Lovingly furnished and equipped attic apartment in which we felt very comfortable. The converted barn is located directly on a large property by the lake with 2 boat docks. The communication with the landlords was nice and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back.

Such a beautiful holiday flat! The proximity to the lake is great, and you have a wonderful view of the lake (while having breakfast, etc.) through the large windows. There is a private access to the lake and various offers to use the water. There are also sun loungers and barbecue facilities, all in abundance. Quiet village, pure relaxation. Nice, uncomplicated hosts. The
The flat itself is a dream in wood, cosy, furnished with much love and taste. Special mention must be made of the kitchen equipment: induction hob plus oven, super sharp brand knives, beautiful crockery and quality cutlery.... The bathroom is just as great: very spacious, extra large shower. We felt very comfortable here and enjoyed the week very much - with cycling, swimming, sunbathing, chilling, eating well (two top restaurants in the immediate vicinity). We know Diemitz from previous holidays and will definitely come back - but would only want to stay in the barn.

Holiday at the Little Lake District
Wanted-Found!
Those who travel to this part of Germany know why, and you can experience it all here in Diemitz.
The property offers plenty of space, more than enough opportunities to spend the day. Get into conversation with the neighbours or just be by yourself. Be active in sports (e.g. badminton, table tennis) or sit on the jetty with a view of the water. The best thing is of course the access to the lake, the own jetty, bathing whenever you want. Canoes, a kayak and a paddle boat (also with motor) are available for use by all guests. Whether hiking, cycling or by car, from here you can start in all directions, to all your undertakings. Experience, enjoy and of course appreciate nature. The holiday flat is TOP, cleanliness, equipment leave no room for criticism. The landlords are absolutely nice and always have an open ear. It's obvious: they love and appreciate their property, a beautiful place, a pearl. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to the Tobien family.
