… is out of place here. Here, tranquility, stylish furnishings, and a focus on the essentials matter. The evening view of the lake and the church steeple of the village remains in memory. Super accommodation right by the lake with great hosts.

We were in Diemitz for the first time and booked this apartment in the newly restored barn on recommendation. It is beautifully designed with exposed beams and modernly equipped with everything you need. The location right by the lake is unique. In the morning, you can jump directly into the lake and have breakfast on the dock. Canoes and a SUP are ready for the guests, and one should take advantage of that, as the lakes and channels in between are ideal for observing animals or simply for sporting activities. Otherwise, you can also take beautiful bike tours from here or just go hiking. In the evening, the small barrel sauna by the shore can be used with a view of the lake. We enjoyed every minute of the vacation and will definitely return!

Idyllic holiday apartment with a view of the lake.

Very nice cozy holiday apartment with a view over Lake Vilz. We were very satisfied with the location, the furnishings in the apartment, and the uncomplicated hosts. Since we were there in winter, we had the opportunity to use the barrel sauna by the water with a view of the lake - so it's also worth a visit in winter.

WE in a great apartment

A beautiful weekend in an excellent vacation apartment. The location with direct access to the lake, a very large property with a meadow, is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. The landlords are extremely friendly and always ready to listen. Those who seek peace will find it here. We were only here for a short time, but already felt very comfortable.

Beautiful modern vacation apartment

We went on a short vacation to the Tobien family in late summer for paddling and felt very comfortable. The apartment is absolutely clean, almost new, and equipped with high-quality furnishings, perfectly furnished to our taste. Another plus for us was the location directly on Lake Vilz and the large outdoor area with 2 bathing jetties, barrel sauna, sun loungers, seating areas, and many play options: table tennis, outdoor games, everything is there. And various watercraft, rowboats, canoes, kayaks can be rented "to try out" by arrangement.
What you should expect: the other guests walk past the access/walkway directly at your own apartment/living area and you are somewhat "close on top of each other" outside (especially Fewo Alma, which is centrally located)- but you can switch to the various seating groups in the garden or on the jetty. It didn't bother us, but it could be hindered if someone wants absolute privacy.
Last but not least: The Tobien family welcomed and took care of us very nicely, everything was very uncomplicated, no wishes were left unfulfilled!

Great vacation

A very nice, modern furnished holiday apartment in a quiet location. Very clean and cozy, but unfortunately without WLAN, which also slows down the vacation a bit.
The large outdoor area with direct access to the water is very well maintained.
2 restaurants are just around the corner and one only 3 minutes away by bike, directly at the lock. You can also shop there and don't have to drive extra by car.
It was a very nice holiday all around.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful, nice and competent.
We will be happy to come back.

Very nice small holiday apartment with direct access to the water.

Our apartment was the back one, on the upper floor of a converted barn. It is new, tastefully and lovingly furnished, and equipped with everything you need on vacation. On one side in the sleeping area, it might be nice to have a shelf or a small chest of drawers that would complement the open wardrobe. But that is a very individual impression and a matter of personal taste.
You have a small view through a huge garden to the water, which is well concealed by bridges and invites you to swim.
We felt very comfortable and also got into conversation with the very nice landlords, whom we wish all the best for their family in this magical place.

Beautiful vacation rental with great lake view

A really beautiful holiday apartment in a fantastic location right by the lake. The Tobien family is incredibly nice, accommodating, and helpful.

The apartment, as well as the entire property, offers everything you need for a vacation. If anything was broken or not quite right (in our case, the kettle), it was immediately replaced, even on a Sunday.

You could jump into the lake every morning (and of course also during the day) undisturbed and even in the nude. And the barrel sauna with an interior view of the lake was a hit!

The surrounding area also offers many leisure opportunities, such as cycling, visiting the ostrich farm, and quad biking.

I wasn't there for the first time and definitely won't be the last. I always like to come back!

Recreation and fishing holiday

Very nice holiday flat, furnished with great attention to detail, with a view of the lake through large panoramic windows. Super nice landlords. It was another wonderful holiday in Diemitz in an absolutely quiet location with lots of nature all around. Hiking, fishing, cycling, boating - everything is possible. WLAN is currently only available outside the flat.
We will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment

The location on the lake is very beautiful, there are boats available for guests' use. Barbecue and parking directly on the property.
The flat is fully equipped and very cosy.
Currently the WLan is only available outside the living area, but free of charge. (Outdoor).
Very nice hosts, who are happy to help with words and deeds.
We will be happy to come back.

Here you have all the possibilities. The landlord also provides a rowing boat and canoes for the holidaymakers. Flat super equipped and cosy. Landlord nice and friendly. Will be back next year.
