Description

The holiday flats are attic flats (35-40 m²). The property is located directly on the water and has two jetties with terraces and some boats (rowing and paddle boats,SUP) for the common use of all holidaymakers. You have the possibility to swim via the jetty or from the shore.

The use of a sauna is possible by prior arrangement.

The barn was completely renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. Access to the holiday flats is possible via an outside walkway. A stay in the cosy flats is also worthwhile in the cooler seasons.

Dreamlike beautiful

I can only agree with the other reviews! The apartment is very cozy, everything is brand new, high-quality, and furnished with thoughtfulness and love for detail. On the walkway in front of the apartment, you can enjoy your first coffee outdoors in the morning, with a view of the beautiful garden and the lake. The large garden offers everything you need for a relaxing afternoon. Seating areas, sun loungers, 2 swimming spots, table tennis, swings, and trampolines for the children, grills, fire pit... and canoes and kayaks can also be rented for free. Personal kayaks are welcome and can be stored at the lakeshore.

The surrounding area is an eldorado for water sports, hiking, and cycling. Diemitz itself is a street village; for shopping, one goes to a nearby farm shop or to the next larger town. The Toben family is very nice and helpful; the whole vacation was pleasant and straightforward.

I would love to come back!

Vacation at the lake

We spent 2 wonderful weeks right by Lake Vilz and enjoyed the well-equipped holiday apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking.
We slept well; the mattress was just right for us.
In the mornings, we went straight into the lake for swimming after getting up, which was a great pleasure for me.
When the weather got worse, we used the sauna to warm up after swimming.
The Tobien family was always reachable; we felt welcomed. Surely we were not here for the last time.

The holiday apartment is ideal for all nature lovers who want to relax by the lake and in the forest. The holiday apartment has an ideal location for all water sports enthusiasts, anglers and cyclists. However, a car is necessary for shopping. The apartment is tastefully furnished, the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired.

Dream vacation

In the summer of 2023, we tried to prepare ourselves for the "longest vacation of our lives", retirement, and spent 8 wonderful weeks on vacation with the Tobien family.
Already in the summer of 2022, we chose this beautiful spot on earth as our vacation home for our long-term vacation in 2023 and were not disappointed. The location, with a large meadow for relaxing, playing, or chilling, right on Lake Vilz, is unique. The newly converted "barn" with its 3 holiday apartments offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and above all very practical, the facilities leave nothing to be desired.
If you are looking for peace, relaxation, and partially (again) untouched nature, this is the right place for you. Everyone is responsible for action on vacation. But everything is actually available for that - SUP boards, kayaks, rowing and motor boats - everything is available for use and everything except the fuel for the motorboat is included. What more could you want?
There are nice restaurants, fishing spots, and cozy bathing areas in the surrounding area, but every vacationer has to explore them themselves. Once you have found them, you are already looking forward to the next vacation. Despite 8 weeks of vacation, we still have many "projects" for the next vacation that we need to discover and explore. The Kleinseenplatte area with Müritz offers plenty of opportunities.
The hospitality of the Tobien family is particularly worth mentioning. After a short time, you feel like you belong. Thank you for letting us get to know you!
And one thing is clear: we will be back next year!!

Dreamlike Pentecost weekend

We were looking for accommodation at short notice and found this great vacation rental. The contact was uncomplicated and the landlord very friendly. The apartment is new, decorated very tastefully and well equipped. Access to the lake is an additional highlight.

Top equipped apartment, directly at the lake

Very nice, modern and tastefully furnished apartment.
with super-equipped kitchen.
Sub and canoes are available to all guests, with two jetties there is direct access to the lake landscape or to linger on the water, seating groups for breakfast are also directly on the jetty. Barbecue facilities, table tennis and much more. We enjoyed our short holiday very much! Thank you very much. We will be happy to come back.

A week of pure relaxation!

We were able to enjoy a week of wonderful holidays in Diemitz. The modern and well-equipped holiday flat is in a pleasantly quiet location on a beautiful property directly on the lake. It was very nice to come to such a cosy flat in the evening after a trip to the lake and to be able to relax again. The landlords took wonderful care of us and made our stay even sweeter!
We would also recommend everyone to have a look at the extraordinarily beautiful pottery pieces from the neighbouring potter, we can't imagine our cupboard without them!
All in all, thank you for a great holiday!
