Directly on the fine sandy beach of Santa Margarita lies this charming flat on the 7th floor of the Holiday Center building.
The flat offers its guests a fantastic view of the sea, as well as a garden with a communal pool.
Directly in front of the building is the beautiful beach promenade, as well as the wide sandy beach which is ideal for spending your holidays by the sea.
The flat consists of a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Additionally there is 1 extra bed.
The American kitchen has 2 hobs, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
From the covered terrace you can enjoy a wide view; over the sea and the mountains of Roses. Enjoy your meals or relax with a good glass of wine.
Of course, there is also TV as well as Wi-Fi for our guests.

The Holiday Center residence is located in the small village of Santa Margarita, right on the beach. Enjoy the variety of restaurants, bars, shops and cafés in the village. In Santa Margarita or Roses, only 5 minutes away by car, you will find everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. You can also come to Empuriabrava, only 5 minutes by car, to explore the canals of "Little Venice"
Empuriabrava offers the largest marina in Europe with about 30 km of waterways (canals) that give the place its typical touch. You will find beautiful residential areas, the main shopping street (Rambla), which invites you to stroll, supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, cafés, discos, restaurants and sports activities. The approx. 2 km long and wide sandy beach, the clean sea and the surrounding picturesque bays invite you to swim and linger. Relaxation and fun for young and old are pre-programmed here. In Empuriabrava you will also find a sports airport where you can try out parachuting and paragliding. The recently opened wind tunnel invites you to indoor flying. An unforgettable experience for all. Since last summer, there is also an artificial surfing slope - fun for young and old! The resort is the starting point for many sporting activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, tennis, parachuting, go-karting, golf, mini golf, motorbike and car rides. Children enjoy the butterfly park or the aqua park in Roses. Or go canoeing in electric boats (hire without a licence) and explore the canals and houses of Empuriabrava.
