Well maintained vacation home with large pool in quiet residential area, only 1 km from the beach.
House Montgri consists of 3 double bedrooms, a living/dining room and a very well equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need for cooking. Furthermore, there is a large bathroom with shower and a guest toilet.
From the living room you have a wonderful view of the pool and you can enjoy your vacation under the covered terrace.
The property is fully fenced and has an outdoor barbecue.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and therefore you have no through traffic.
In the immediate vicinity is the shopping center Comercial Alberes, where you can find various bakeries, supermarket, bars and cafes, as well as restaurants.

Villa Montgri is located in a quiet residential area about 1 km from the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun and your vacation in peace.
The nearest shopping, bars and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
The Muga Dam with its adjacent nature reserve, ideal for walking and cycling, is only 5 minutes away.
Empuriabrava offers the largest marina in Europe, with about 30 km of navigable waterways (canals), which give the place its typical touch.
You will find beautiful residential areas, the main shopping street (Rambla) which invites you to stroll, supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, cafes, discos, restaurants and sports activities.
The approx. 2 km long and wide sandy beach, the clean sea and the surrounding picturesque bays invite you to swim and linger. Relaxation and fun for young & old are pre-programmed here.
You will also find a sports airport in Empuriabrava, where you can try parachuting and paragliding.
The recently opened wind tunnel invites you to indoor flying. An unforgettable experience for everyone. Also, since last summer there is an artificial surf slope - fun for young and old!
The place is the starting point for many sports activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, tennis, parachuting, go-karting, golf, mini golf, motorcycle and car tours
Children will enjoy the butterfly park, or the aqua park in Roses. Or you can take a canal tour with electric boats (rental without a license) and explore the canals and houses of Empuriabrava.
For dog owners there is a dog beach nearby.

This house is really great!
In a dead end, very quiet, not very visible to other people!
Great location. The sea/beach as well as the Albares center and the shopping passage can be reached in a few minutes.
With our dogs, it was super practical because you can quickly walk to the Muga and take nice walks.
The driveway is quite narrow...you should be able to bear the beeping of the distance sensors :-)
The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is really almost nothing that is not there.
I would like to praise that, for example, washing tabs, dishwasher tabs, spices, garbage bags, etc. were still available from all the previous tenants, so you didn't have to buy everything new.
The system of refilling something when it runs out seems to work wonderfully here.
The rooms are clean, spacious and tiled everywhere. Almost all windows have bars, mosquito nets and electric shutters. The terrace doors are made of bulletproof glass.
The outdoor area is very well maintained and lovingly designed.
Nice, clean saltwater pool. The terrace furniture were all in good condition.
Very nice contact with the property manager, Mrs. Meisel. Quick assistance and response if needed!
