We were now for the second time for 14 days in the summer holidays in the holiday home and felt completely comfortable. The holiday home is small but offers enough space for 2 adults and 2 children and is well equipped. We particularly like the small garden with stone grill and our children love the pool, which was never really full.

The view from the garden is fantastic. Due to the location, we recommend arriving by car or rental car.

We would love to come back.

Fantastic located apartment!

We had an more than amazing vacation in this lovely apartment. The view over the bay is truly stunning, breathtaking, and never gets boring. We enjoyed it every evening. The apartment is spacious, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with all conveniences. The inventory is very complete, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the whole apartment is fitted with screens, allowing you to open the windows in the evening without worry. On the top floor, there is also full air conditioning, which keeps it wonderfully cool even on warm days. The private parking space under the house is very practical, and just a few minutes' drive away is a beautiful nature area that is definitely worth a visit. A few minor points of attention are the location and accessibility. The apartment is high up, which means you need the car for almost everything. Walking to the bay, the beach, restaurants, shops, and the supermarket is actually not an option due to the steep slope and the heat. Additionally, the apartment is only accessible via a staircase of about 65 steps. With luggage or groceries, that can be quite a challenge. However, these were not obstacles for us to fully enjoy our vacation. Finally, the owners deserve a great compliment. They respond incredibly quickly, are very friendly, flexible, and helpful. We really felt very welcome. We had a fantastic holiday and can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. Hats off!

Wonderful holidays

We were 3 in the "Kinderhaus" and despite the heatwave, we did not suffer from the heat even without air conditioning. Ingrid and Dieter were very attentive throughout the stay. The property is true to the photos, if not better; the pool is fabulous and there are plenty of shaded spots. L'Escala is 15 minutes away, Roses and Girona just 30 minutes. We will keep an excellent memory of this vacation and will certainly return.
