Description

The living room is modern and cozy, equipped with satellite TV, an open fitted kitchen, a lovely dining area, and a comfortable sofa bed. A wood-burning stove ensures cozy evenings. The open fitted kitchen provides everything you need for your vacation: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are the bedrooms, one with a double bed, a large balcony with sea view, and a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet. We provide a children's travel cot and high chair free of charge. On the newly landscaped property, garden furniture, a beach chair, and a grill on the terrace by the house are available for you. A parking space and bicycle storage are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The beach is only 15m away. No smoking!!! Pets not allowed!!

Top: - PAS, Vielen Dank für die Klärungen mit dem Vermieter wegen unserer Beschwerde zur Sauberkeit. - Lage des Hauses, Balkon mit Meerblick - das neue Saunahaus Kritik + Anregung: Die Sauberkeit in Küche und Bad hat nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. 1 x Grundreinigung in Bad und Küche zum Saisonstart und den Vermieter überzeugen, dass PAS hier helfen kann. WC-Stitz und -Deckel durch neue ersetzen.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Geschirr. Gläser etc. in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Wir haben den Kamin jeden Abend genutzt, es war sehr gemütlich. Die Möglichkeit, ein Starterpaket, Kaminholz usw. vorab zu buchen fanden wir sehr positiv. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir auch die Sauna nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.!

The "house behind the dunes" was very much to our liking and we felt very comfortable! It would have been perfect for us if there had been a rainproof place to store bicycles. Also, we found the sofa set very uncomfortable because it was quite worn out... For people with back sensitivity, like my wife, having a topper would be beneficial, as the mattresses in the double bed have a high degree of hardness. For guests in the warmer season, the rusty outdoor furniture is not very inviting. . . . Despite all of this, it was a very nice vacation, and as you can see in your documents, we have booked 3 weeks in the "House behind the Dunes" for next year (02. 03. - 23. 03.). We would be happy if we could have 2 front door keys again next year. Thank you also for the very well organized and perfect booking process (email delivery, etc.). ) as well as the well-thought-out key reception outside of opening hours via arrival mailbox, etc.

Everything started off well. Then came the first shock. After we turned on the outside light at the front door, we had no power on the ground floor. Unfortunately, no one could be reached via the emergency phone. So we searched the house in the dark and then found the electrical box in a hidden corner. After the fuse was switched back on, it happened all over again, a total of 3 times. This might need to be checked out. Otherwise, everything was fine. We felt very comfortable and were very sad yesterday when we set off for the trip home. The next vacation will definitely come. We wish you all the best! !

A dream house! Quietly located, just a stone's throw from the beach/sea, great sea view from the balcony. Good beds and nice furnishings. Outdoor seating options in every direction. Wonderful nature and great walking trails in the surroundings! The team from PAS POEL is also exceptionally friendly and helpful! Thank you very much for that! We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back soon! Complaining at a very high level would be that there was no vacuum cleaner (but there was a broom and dustpan) and no cosmetic bin, as well as the dining chairs looking like they had seen better days. But as I said, these are normal little things that should and could in no way diminish the great stay in this beautiful house! ! !

A dream house!

Wonderful nature and great walks in the surrounding area! The team at PAS POEL is also extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you very much for that! We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back soon!!!
Complaining on a very high level would be that there was no hoover (but broom and dustpan) and cosmetic bin available as well as the dining room chairs have seen better days in terms of appearance. But as I said, these are normal little things that should not and could not spoil the great stay in this beautiful house in any way!
