Description

The living room is modern and cozy, equipped with satellite TV, an open fitted kitchen, a lovely dining area, and a comfortable sofa bed. A wood-burning stove ensures cozy evenings. The open fitted kitchen provides everything you need for your vacation: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are the bedrooms, one with a double bed, a large balcony with sea view, and a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet. We provide a children's travel cot and high chair free of charge. On the newly landscaped property, garden furniture, a beach chair, and a grill on the terrace by the house are available for you. A parking space and bicycle storage are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The beach is only 15m away. No smoking!!! Pets not allowed!!

Top: - PAS, thank you very much for the clarifications with the landlord regarding our complaint about cleanliness. - Location of the house, balcony with sea view - the new sauna house Criticism + Suggestions: The cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom did not meet our expectations. 1 x deep cleaning in the bathroom and kitchen at the start of the season and convince the landlord that PAS can help here. Replace toilet seat and lid with new ones.

Positive: Modern accommodation, good facilities, balcony with a view of the water is incredibly beautiful, enough space for a small family. Negative: Spider egg on the wall, lawn not mowed - knee-high so we couldn't use it, double bed so hard that we couldn't lie in it and therefore couldn't use the room, it states blackout for all windows in the description - hallway windows are bright and bedroom lets in extremely much light which caused us to sleep poorly and also wake up very early as it got bright.

The house is very tastefully furnished. Dishes, glasses, etc. are available in sufficient quantity. We used the fireplace every evening; it was very cozy. We found the option to book a starter package, firewood, etc. in advance very positive. On our next visit, we will also use the sauna. We felt very comfortable. Thank you!

The "house behind the dunes" was very much to our liking and we felt very comfortable! It would have been perfect for us if there had been a rainproof place to store bicycles. Also, we found the sofa set very uncomfortable because it was quite worn out... For people with back sensitivity, like my wife, having a topper would be beneficial, as the mattresses in the double bed have a high degree of hardness. For guests in the warmer season, the rusty outdoor furniture is not very inviting. . . . Despite all of this, it was a very nice vacation, and as you can see in your documents, we have booked 3 weeks in the "House behind the Dunes" for next year (02. 03. - 23. 03.). We would be happy if we could have 2 front door keys again next year. Thank you also for the very well organized and perfect booking process (email delivery, etc.). ) as well as the well-thought-out key reception outside of opening hours via arrival mailbox, etc.

Everything started off well. Then came the first shock. After we turned on the outside light at the front door, we had no power on the ground floor. Unfortunately, no one could be reached via the emergency phone. So we searched the house in the dark and then found the electrical box in a hidden corner. After the fuse was switched back on, it happened all over again, a total of 3 times. This might need to be checked out. Otherwise, everything was fine. We felt very comfortable and were very sad yesterday when we set off for the trip home. The next vacation will definitely come. We wish you all the best! !

A dream house! Quietly located, just a stone's throw from the beach/sea, great sea view from the balcony. Good beds and nice furnishings. Outdoor seating options in every direction. Wonderful nature and great walking trails in the surroundings! The team from PAS POEL is also exceptionally friendly and helpful! Thank you very much for that! We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back soon! Complaining at a very high level would be that there was no vacuum cleaner (but there was a broom and dustpan) and no cosmetic bin, as well as the dining chairs looking like they had seen better days. But as I said, these are normal little things that should and could in no way diminish the great stay in this beautiful house! ! !

Complaining on a very high level would be that there was no hoover (but broom and dustpan) and cosmetic bin available as well as the dining room chairs have seen better days in terms of appearance. But as I said, these are normal little things that should not and could not spoil the great stay in this beautiful house in any way!
