The modern semi-detached house welcomes you with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a beautifully furnished living room with an integrated kitchen equipped with all comforts. Get cozy by the wood-burning stove. Additionally, for entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with DVD-Blu-Ray player and a radio available. From the living room, you can access the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with toilet, hairdryer, underfloor heating, and bathtub. For warming moments, there is also an infrared heat cabin. A children's travel cot, a high chair, and a beach wagon are provided free of charge for our little guests. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for you. There is one parking space at the house. Welcome to your vacation! No smoking and no pets allowed.

Wir werden wiederkommen. Und als erstes werden wir bei PAS nach einer Unterkunft schauen, soviel steht fest.

sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit Kamin und reichliche Ausstattung auch an Geschirr. Schön auch mal nicht mit maritimen Ambiente/Schnickschnack erschlagen zu werden. Leider knarren die Betten, die Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich ist sehr hell und lässt sich leider nicht dimmen. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten die sicher nicht jeden stören. Die tolle Aussicht und kurzen Wege zum Strand sind unschlagbar. Wir planen schon die nächste Auszeit.

Ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Ein paar Anregungen hätte ich. - Ein zweiter Hausschlüssel ist bei 4 Erwachsenden ratsam. - Fliegen- Mückenschutzgitter in den Schlafräumen - Sichtschutz im Bad oben - Leselampe im kleinen Schlafzimmer

Es war wie immer klasse und wir haben uns im Haus Kirsten mehr als wohl gefühlt. Der kaputte Staubsauger wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit gegen einen neuen ausgetauscht. Dickes Lob ! Wir kommen gerne (immer) wieder

A very beautiful and well-furnished vacation home.
I have a few suggestions.
- A second house key is advisable with 4 adults.
- Fly-mosquito screens in the bedrooms
- Privacy screen in the upstairs bathroom
- Reading lamp in the small bedroom.
