The Friederike house pleased us. It is tastefully and family-friendly furnished – everything needed for a pleasant stay was available. We particularly liked the quiet atmosphere and the short walk to the beach. A small note: The mattresses in the parents' bedroom were a bit too hard for our taste, and the toilet lids were not quite securely mounted. That's just a minor detail – overall, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.

Very friendly and nice support from your staff on site. The coffee machine was immediately replaced as the old one was calcified, and new vacuum cleaner bags were also provided right away. Thank you. I have two small things: The shower in the WC on the ground floor needs to be oiled a bit and checked in the floor area. Also, there is quite a bit of moss and green growth on the balcony; a Kärcher could be used there. But these are just minor things and possibly tips.

My daughter and I felt very comfortable in the Friederike house with our two dogs. What we missed in the equipment was a teapot and a thermos for the coffee. Otherwise, everything was there. Note: The coffee machine needs to be descaled or replaced. It takes forever for the coffee to brew. In the shower, initial black spots are forming. They should be removed in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, there were many cobwebs and spider nests on the windows, resulting in corresponding dirt. The house has a wonderful location with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils. A nice large dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to linger.

Very nice house with a great sea view, short walk to the beach. Only the storage room is very small and loungers for the terrace are missing. We had wonderful days at the Baltic Sea.

Hello, the staff at the reception are very friendly and flexible. And a big plus of the PAS. They quickly and competently deal with all issues regarding the holiday home. Especially during the turmoil of the pandemic. The house and the property are functional and partly luxuriously furnished. This is especially true for the infrared sauna and the television system. From the balcony, you can look out at the Baltic Sea and experience wonderful sunsets. The proximity to the beach is also a big plus for the house. The Wi-Fi in the house hardly works at all. So anyone who relies on Wi-Fi while on vacation should have enough LTE credit. Overall, we still enjoyed it very much, so we plan to come back next year. Best regards, Sabine and Andreas Kosmoll.

…Cleanliness unfortunately only three stars because there were still some collections of black hair in the lower bathroom both on the floor and at the toilet rim, and my dog found a foreign treat in the living area… the rest was - as always with PAS - great! Particularly, the booking process was so easy, very quick, and the modern payment with Apple Pay / credit card was already a highlight for me before arrival. I would have only wished that other additional services, such as firewood, could be added directly when booking and that the separate form could be eliminated. Thank you, and certainly see you again soon in Poel!

A beautifully furnished holiday home to feel comfortable in! Unfortunately, the very loud ventilation in the bathroom is unpleasant. Almost no Wi-Fi available and unfortunately no firewood included. Otherwise, in the seclusion near the sea, everything you need for individual relaxation is there. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great handling of the booking and organization. The kitchen equipment should be checked and replenished/renewed. There were missing blinds in the kitchen and upper bathroom. Since many people pass by the house, this diminished the feel-good factor.

A very nice house with a perfect location to the beach. The only minus is the Wi-Fi. You shouldn't advertise that. It was barely enough to send WhatsApp messages - without pictures. Internet pages didn't build up at all.
