Our lovingly furnished holiday home is a place to arrive, breathe deeply, and feel at ease. The bright, cozy living area invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings, while the private sauna provides soothing warmth after long walks on the beach. The natural garden with hedges and trees offers you privacy on the balcony and the two terraces – ideal for reading, sunbathing, playing, or simply doing nothing.

The island of Poel is one of the most beautiful and quiet Baltic Sea islands in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It is known for its expansive sandy beaches, unspoiled coasts, idyllic dune landscapes, cliffs, and original villages. Here you can experience relaxation far from mass tourism – authentic, unhurried, and close to nature.
Only a few meters separate the Poel cottage from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Between the house and the sea lie only the protected dunes and the promenade. The dunes may not be entered and thus preserve the unique natural landscape. There is much to discover on Poel:
- Cycling along the coast & through the island’s interior
- Water sports: kitesurfing, stand-up paddling, swimming
- Fishing & boat trips
- Horseback riding in the area
- Mini golf & playgrounds for children
- Exploring small harbors & fishing villages
