It is only a 5-minute walk to the sandy beach "Am schwarzen Busch," which is especially suitable for children due to the shallow water near the shore. All beach utensils can then be conveniently transported with the handcart belonging to the house. The house is suitable for 4 to 5 people. Has a bedroom, children's room, living room with kitchen and an additional sleeping option as well as a Finnish hut with two further sleeping options, bathroom with shower, covered terrace and sunbathing lawn.

This cozily furnished holiday home, which was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2023, has 3 rooms.
The living room is equipped with SAT/TV/DVD and radio/CD and a comfortable couch. A bedroom with a double bed and SAT/TV and a bedroom with a bunk bed provide a pleasant night's sleep for up to four people.
The beautifully designed kitchen with oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster offers you all necessary amenities.
In the bathroom you will find a shower and toilet.
A travel cot and a high chair are available to you free of charge.
Garden furniture and a grill are also available for you on the terrace by the house. A car parking space in front of the property and bicycle parking spaces are available.
A free internet connection is at your disposal.

Location and surroundings of object

Kaltenhof is centrally located 5 minutes walk from the beach. The nearby places such as Black Bush, and Gollwitz Timmendorf are on footpaths or to reach directly along the beach. Walks are used by holidaymakers all year round you. The idyllic, flat and pastoral landscape and the cliffs of the island Poel, you may with the many hiking trails. The landmark Poels, is the lighthouse built in 1871 by Timmendorf. You do here, far away from mass tourism, nature largest city of the island, Kirchdorf, is in about 10 minutes Footpath where you can do your shopping. This is also the pleasure boat and fishing is by boat dock. The bike can be reached by some newly created bike paths and other locations, such as Wangern, Ferrytown, Weitendorf Many eateries to be their guests an extensive and mainly still affordable supply of fish on typical Mecklenburg cuisine prepared to international courts.
