We rent out a modern holiday home for max. 5 people in the very quiet and relaxing seaside resort of Zempin on the sunny island of Usedom on the Baltic Sea with 92 m² of living space and a partially covered terrace all year round. The end-of-terrace house is located (2 minutes' walk)
The flat consists of a living-dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with shower + WC, hairdryer and towel dryer. There is an infrared cabin in the bathroom on the ground floor. You have two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), one with two single beds (each 0.90x2.00 m) and a foldaway bed (0.90x2.00 m). A children's travel bed is available
The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. A lockable bicycle shed of approx. 6 m² and the car parking space - No. 43 - belong to the flat. There is also a children's playground on the property. In the village you will find a bakery, which you can easily reach on foot.
The island train stop is about 5 minutes away.
In the neighbouring villages of Zinnowitz and Koserow, 3 km away, you will find LIDL, ALDI, EDEKA and Netto
and Netto.
The Achterwasser in the Usedom hinterland is also within walking distance, as this is where the island has its narrowest point.
There are no limits to sporting activities
Take a walk to explore the small fishing village with its thatched-roof houses, let your palate be spoilt by a varied gastronomy (fresh or smoked fish).

Location and surroundings of object
The terraced house is located in a holiday complex, 150 m from the beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of a small pine forest. Zempin is the neighbouring village of the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz and three kilometres from Koserow. Both places are within easy walking distance.
Zempin is the smallest fishing village on the island of Usedom and is therefore very quiet and sleepy. It has retained its quaint character. It is also the narrowest point on the island to the Achterwasser.
The village has a bakery, restaurants and several fishing businesses with their own fish smokehouses.

If you are unable to use the house after making a booking, please send me a written cancellation at least 4 weeks in advance. If this reasonable cancellation notice is not observed, 80% of the contract price will be charged. If a replacement tenant is found for the period you booked, you will get your money back. I recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

If the weather is bad, you can visit the zoo or the old town in Wolgast, the amber spa in Zinnowitz, the butterfly farm and the Usedom Park in Trassenheide or the Ostseetherme in Heringsdorf
Day trips Invite you to Stralsund to the maritime museum and the historic old town and to Greifswald.
From Zinnowitz you can take a boat to the island of Rügen or to Sweenemünde.

Usedom im September
The house is conveniently located close to both the beach and daily shopping needs. It is situated by the forest and is very quiet at least in the off-season, which is very relaxing. Those who like voluminous pillows will feel at home here. Otherwise, it is recommended to bring your own pillow. Contrary to the description, there is neither a washing machine nor a dryer in the house. Two machines are available near the reception. There is a fee for using them, and of course, you have to carry the laundry there. A private WLAN access is not available. The reception of the nearby holiday apartment complex reportedly has good WLAN reception (says the lady in the office), but the service also comes at a cost. It's hit or miss whether there is a connection in the apartment. The same goes for a mobile phone connection. I don't think it's okay to advertise a washing machine, dryer, and WLAN as amenities when they are not available in the apartment. The barbecue is located next to the playground, not at the house. Unfortunately, what was also missing was a scrubbing rag and bucket. Therefore, we were only able to vacuum, but not to mop the kitchen or bathroom. Too bad. It gets tight with more than 4 people. There is a playground right next door for children, and the parking lot belonging to the house is next to the property, which is very convenient for loading and unloading because luggage can be brought directly from the terrace to the car. Apart from the mentioned shortcomings, we felt comfortable.

Wonderful summer vacation
We had the opportunity to use this great holiday home. Short walk to the beach, clean and sophisticated furnishings, and friendly landlords. We can only recommend this holiday home and will definitely plan additional vacation times here. Greetings from the Harz from the Dams family.

The proximity to the beach is really ideal. Everything worked out, and the service was great. The coffee machine gave up on the 2nd day. A quick call, and we immediately got a new one.
It was a very nice holiday - gladly again.

Great holiday home!
It is a great holiday home, perfectly designed for 5 people! The children can go to the playground through the terrace and are always in sight. The bike path is right by the house for heading towards Zinnowitz or Koserow. Five bicycles (albeit tight) also fit in the accompanying shed. For the cold season, the underfloor heating, fireplace, and sauna are ideal. The children were in the sauna during the warm-up time, and we could enjoy the warm "leftovers" together. Regarding the beach, there is not much to say, as there was a storm surge earlier and the beach with the dunes was destroyed - not important for autumn. Also positive: only 3 km away, a Karl's Strawberry Village opened in spring with free admission! You should definitely visit there with children.
