In the smallest seaside resort on the island of Usedom, in Zempin between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, you will find our holiday home. For those who want a holiday close to nature, we offer a cosy, well-equipped holiday home on a 1450m², quiet and hilly property, nestled in the pine forest. You can reach the Baltic Sea on foot in one minute via a sandy path (without car traffic). You can park your car in front of or in the garage at the foot of the property. Zempin is also easy to reach by train. From Zempin station it is a maximum 10-minute walk to the property. The Europa cycle path runs in front of the property, and you can also reach the home and studio of the painter Otto Niemeyer-Holstein, Lüttenort, in about 15 minutes. This also marks the narrowest point on Usedom between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. In Zempin there is a bakery and a few restaurants. Otherwise, all the relevant discounters are represented in Zinnowitz (3km) and Koserow (3km). In the season, these are also open on Sundays from 12 - 5 pm. We wish you a wonderful holiday!

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
