This chalet is suitable for 5 people and is located between Zoutelande and Dishoek just behind the highest dunes of Zeeland! It is the ideal starting point to enjoy your well-deserved vacation in Zeeland with your family.
The chalet is tastefully decorated and has a spacious sitting area with a 3-seater sofa where you can relax in front of the TV after a day at the beach. For the really hot days there is air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom.
The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Zeeland. Here you will find, among other things, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and a kettle. The dining table is big enough for 5 people.
Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms in the chalet. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with a double comforter. In the children's room you will find a bunk bed and a separate single bed (80 x 200 cm). The beds are made on arrival, towels can be added when booking.
In the bathroom you will find a shower, sink and toilet.

Location and surroundings of object
The chalet is located on the beach camping Valkenisse, where you can use all facilities. The park has a supermarket, restaurant with terrace, snack bar, laundromat, indoor playground, various outdoor playgrounds and animal pasture. In high season, an animation team is present to entertain children for hours with various activities. The campsite is located just behind the dunes, a short walk from the beach.
On your own terrace in front of the chalet you can enjoy the sun on the lounge set or in one of the deck chairs.
You can park your car on the private property next to the chalet. The chalet is a non-smoking version.
You pay the parking costs so you can use all the facilities of the vacation park! The cost is € 3,75 p.p.p.n.

Cancellation terms:
- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
