The apartment is situated in a quiet, small holiday house park, which was modernized last year with its entire infrastructure (roads, sewerage, pipes, lighting etc.). The district "De Ruiser" belongs to Groot Valkenisse near Zoutelande. In addition to the spacious living room with a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom, the apartment also offers a spacious bedroom.
The kitchen offers a two plate hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a combined hot-air oven with microwave and a coffee machine. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. An outside terrace offers a view of a large garden, which is however reserved for the tenants of the main house. Sunshade and comfortable teak suite belong to the apartment.
The sunny, fine sandy beach is one of the widest and most beautiful in Holland and is known as the Zeeuwse Riviera. After crossing a small forest you are right at the foot of the dunes. The Zeeuwse Riviera is an insider tip among Dutch and German Dutch connoisseurs. The location is unique, forests, dunes, just behind: the sea. Due to its southern location, the climate on the beach is also optimal in the early and late seasons. The Zeeuwse Riviera has an average of 150 hours more sunshine per year than the rest of the country!
The entire Zeeland coast has developed extremely positively through the EU programme "Quality Improvement Zeeland Coast". The core of these measures were: Conversion of arable land into recreational areas, conversion of large camping farms into permanent housing units, expansion of the cycle path network, expansion and strengthening of dune landscapes, optimisation of beach and water quality as well as beach restoration operations.
If you like to be more urban, you can go to Middelburg, with its medieval town centre, to Vlissingen, with its boulevard and the many shopping possibilities, or to Veere with its beautiful marina and its medieval buildings, or to Goes, a beautiful little town about 25 km away.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home "De Ruiser 4" is situated at the edge of Zoutelande, towards Vlissingen, at the foot of the dunes, just behind a small wood. The small, family bungalow park was created in 1968. Accordingly, the relatively large plots are overgrown. Number 4 is on the left hand side of the residential street and has 3 own parking spaces in front of the house, one of which is available to the tenants of the apartment.
As part of a fundamental renovation of the entire house with further expansion (2015), the house today consists of two residential units with two separate entrances, but which are designed so that they can be combined into one unit. The entire house has underfloor heating and is insulated to the latest standards.

Beautiful holiday in Biggekerke
We really felt comfortable in the small, very well-equipped bungalow.
The location in the quiet bungalow park is uniquely beautiful. Great area for cycling and hiking in the dunes.
Everything was as described and the contact with Mr. Butz was very pleasant.
We would love to come back sometime!

Very nice time in Biggekerke
We felt very comfortable in this vacation rental. The location was perfect for activities. Fitness program with 153 steps to the beach was included. The contact with Mr. and Mrs. Butz was very friendly. They gave us great tips and helpful information for planning our vacation. We say thank you, we would love to come back and definitely recommend the apartment. Best regards from Ostwestfalen.

We traveled by car from Marburg and spent 10 days in this bungalow, which we enjoyed very much. About the bungalow: The small kitchenette is well equipped, with a Senseo machine, salad spinner, toaster, etc. We were able to cook together in the evenings and prepare breakfast. Everything was clean and cozy. We parked right in front of our door. In the complex, you feel safe and it is quiet and very well maintained. There are only 3 German channels on the TV, but we also watched a movie on our laptop with an HDMI cable using our own Netflix account (internet connection was great!). The mattresses are on the softer side, but it was fine for us. The terrace is also very nice and you can sit outside and relax. The landlords are very friendly and we were warmly welcomed. The area is beautiful and we visited Middelburg, a nice small town nearby, multiple times when the weather didn't invite us for a beach walk. But we also visited other villages and cities, which were all worth seeing. The beach is super beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was definitely our highlight! After a small forest section, you reach the stairs that lead up to the dunes. The view from there is truly breathtaking and we enjoyed several sunsets and delicious drinks in the beach cafes. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful location for best relaxation
Thank you for a week of real holiday relaxation from the first minute. The flat is cosy and well equipped with a large terrace. The location is quiet in very well-kept surroundings and perfectly situated with short distances to everything that makes a successful holiday. The beach area is wonderful and the beach cottage provided .... simply ingenious. The landlords are very nice and we will definitely come back. We have been to a few places in Zeelland, but this was the nicest and we are very happy to have found this address.

Erholsamer Urlaub zu zweit
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem gut ausgestatteten, modernen Appartment mit toller Terrasse auf der wir nach unseren Radtouren abends noch die Sonne geniessen konnten. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Relaxing holiday near Zoutelande
We (a couple) spent some lovely days in the modernly furnished apartment of the Butz family.
On the large terrace - south facing - you could have a relaxed breakfast in the morning and relax in the evening after cycling tours. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, which was not very crowded during our stay. The landlords were obliging, and had some tips for our holiday time. We recovered well in the short time we had!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem kleinen Appartement verbracht. Ideale Größe zu zweit, es fehlt an nichts.

Erholung pur
Unser Sohn hatte uns die Ferienunterkunft empfohlen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft war absolut top (was in Holland nicht immer der Fall ist). Wir haben eine für zwei Personen ideale Wohnung vorgefunden, an der alles paßte: Größe, Helligkeit, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren die Grundlage für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die große Terrasse tat ein übriges dazu, dass wir uns sehr wohl fühlten.
Auch die absolute Ruhe im Wohngebiet war sehr wohltuend und ermöglichte einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Nähe zum Strand und den vielen guten Radwegen war ein weiteres Highlight.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung absolut zu empfehlen und wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen sein. Die Vermieter haben wir auch kennen gelernt. Sie machten ebenfalls einen sehr zuvorkommenden und offenen Eindruck.

Erholsamer Urlaub zu zweit
Trotz durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir einen schönen Urlaub in der sehr schönen Wohnung verlebt. Alles war tiptop sauber und entsprach den Bildern des Angebotes. Nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig. Der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß erreicht...153 Stufen muss man erklimmen, wird dort aber durch eine tolle Aussicht belohnt. (SONNENUNTERGANG)Frau und Herr Butz haben uns herzlich empfangen und wir haben viele Tipps von ihnen bekommen. Middelburg, Veere, Deltawerk, Vlissingen, der Strand. Alles sehenswert. Auch die Restauranttipps sollte man beherzigen. Lässig im Standpavillon de Zeuwse Rivera essen war toll und auch die Friets in Middelburg in der Gasse mit den Regenschirmen. Lecker!
Leider konnten wir wegen des Wetters nicht so viel Zeit draußen verbringen, daher hätten wir uns abends vielleicht mehr als 3 deutsche TV-Programme gewünscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Zoutelande
Meine Frau und ich haben diese schöne Ferienwohnung für eine Woche
als Urlaubsdomizil gebucht. Wir fanden alles vor, wie im Prospekt beschrieben.
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, sie lag ruhig und zum Strand musste man
nur durch ein kleines Wäldchen. Wir sind meistens mit dem Fahrrad dorthin gefahren. Wir werden bestimmt diese Ferienwohnung noch einmal buchen.

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtetes Appartement. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Terrasse ist besonders am Abend mit Sonnenschein zu empfehlen.
Das Appartement hat eine ruhige Lage, aber alles ist schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Schöne Wohnung für 2
Schöne, Moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse. Für einen Kurzurlaub zu Zweit absolut perfekt in sehr ruhiger Lage. zum Strand sind es gute 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
wir konnten uns dort sehr gut erholen. In dem Haus befinden sich zwei Wohnungen die sich einen Garten teilen. dadurch das die Zweite nicht belegt war war es sehr ruhig.

Einfach traumhaft
Sehr modernes Appartement; es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen haben wir auf der Terrasse in der Sonne genießen können. Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen, nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Strand entfernt: Schnell und leicht erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Diesmal war nicht das Pferd mit dabei, sondern die Fahrräder. Wundervolle Fahrradwege durch Wälder und Dünen, wer braucht dann noch ein Auto. Domburg und Vlissingen sind sehr empfehlenswert und gut mit dem Auto/ Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder! Schön das wir Ihre Gäste sein durften.

Geschmackvolles Appartment in Top Lage
Es hat einfach alles gestimmt - die Lage, Ausstattung inklusive Terasse, Nähe zum Strand und die Umgebung. Ideal zum Radfahren - mit unseren Rädern waren wir täglich stundenlang unterwegs. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir noch 3 Tage verlängert haben - was dank Herrn Butz unkompliziert möglich war. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen Sie als Geheimtip weiter.

Empfehlenswert!
Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement; völlig ausreichend für zwei Personen. Das Badezimmer ist top; die Betten bequem und eine schöne Terrasse gehört auch dazu. Alles sehr sauber!! Und eine sehr ruhige Wohnlage, was wir als „Landeier“ sehr geschätzt haben.
Zum breiten feinsandigen Strand geht man gut 10/11 Minuten, bis nach Zoutelande ( erstklassige Eisdiele: unbedingt versuchen) geht man ca 25 Minuten - wahlweise am Strand, über den Dünenweg oder hinter den Dünen her, je nach Lust 7nd Windstärke.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und zuverlässig.
Wir werden dort wieder für einen Kurz-Urlaub einkehren ....
