Huize Marhenbep is suitable for a maximum of 5 people and is beautifully situated on the green dunes of Zoutelande. The house is an excellent starting point for beautiful walks, bike rides, sunbathing on the beach or an afternoon of shopping in the village of Zoutelande. In front of the house is a sunny terrace with a view of the dunes.
The house has a recently renovated eat-in kitchen where you will definitely feel at home! The living room has a spacious sitting area where you can relax in the evening after a day at the beach. The open kitchen is equipped with all the amenities to prepare your own meals, including an induction hob, an oven and a dishwasher.
On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) with separate duvets and its own washbasin. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the ground floor. For your convenience, there is a washing machine.
On the first floor are the other two bedrooms, one with two single box spring beds (90 x 200) and the children's room with a single box spring bed (90 x 200). Beds are made upon arrival. A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. Each bedroom has its own washbasin. Behind the house is a bicycle parking space with the possibility to charge your electric bike.
There is paid parking everywhere in Zoutelande. During the booking process you will be asked for your car registration number. The number plate is entered into the municipality's parking app so that you can park in different parking spaces.

The cosy town of Zoutelande is only 2 km away, where you can shop to your heart's content, sit on a terrace or eat in one of the many restaurants. The house is located on several beautiful cycling and walking paths and is a good starting point for your holiday with dog in Zoutelande by the sea!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
