This renovated holiday home has everything you need for a great holiday: the ideal location, on a small holiday park just behind the dunes of Zoutelande, the sunniest beach in the Netherlands!
A living room with sitting area, television and an open kitchen with 4-burner stove, kettle and coffee machine.
The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (75 x 200 cm), both rooms have built-in wardrobes.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
Outside you will find an enclosed garden with a sunny terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a picnic table. This house also has a private bicycle storage.
The house is in a non-smoking version and pets are not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
The centre of Zoutelande is a place where you can shop. Especially in the Langstraat there are many shops. You can relax on one of the many terraces. Do you want to see the sea? Then take a breath of fresh air on the boulevard. In the immediate vicinity of Zoutelande you can make nice walks and bicycle tours. Especially the area along the dunes is worth a visit. There are several cycle paths through the area. From Zoutelande to Vlissingen there is an almost uninterrupted footpath. Enough opportunities to discover the surroundings in a sporty way!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
