Welcome to Beach House Soute, located in a peaceful small holiday resort called De Ruiser, right next to Zoutelande, in Zeeland. This vacation home is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. With 120 square meters of living space, 1 master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet, there is enough space for up to 6 guests.
The house is equipped with all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious open kitchen has a dishwasher, large gas stove with oven, coffee machine and electric kettle. The bathroom is modern and stylish, equipped with a shower, double sink and toilet.
In the living room you will find a cozy fireplace and a television including Chromecast. There is also a washing machine and dryer. For the little ones there is a crib and high chair available. For the children there is plenty of room to play at the next-door camping site including a restaurant.
Outside you can enjoy the beautiful garden and the fine terrace facing south-west. The terrace is equipped with a table with 6 chairs and a parasol. Two bicycles are available for you to explore the area. The house also has wifi and is suitable for long-term rental.
The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature. You can enjoy the view of the sunset over the water, the quiet country roads and the beautiful natural landscapes. The beach is a stone's throw away, where you can relax and enjoy the sun during any season. During the summer months, you can use the private beach cabin at the beach.

Geweldig!!!
De inrichting, de sfeer en de omgeving... helemaal top. Al een paar keer terug geweest omdat we het zo fijn vinden in dit huisje. Alles netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Super beautiful holiday home with a good location
We really enjoyed our vacation in this holiday home. We particularly liked the quiet location and the short distance to the beach – perfect for relaxed walks, even with a dog. The house is very dog-friendly and offers enough space for six people and one four-legged friend.
The amenities of the house are very good, and everything needed for a pleasant stay is available. The landlords were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful, so we felt welcome from the very beginning.
Overall, we can gladly recommend the holiday home. We had a lovely and relaxing time and could well imagine coming back again.

Vacation with obstacles
Hello, the house is a dream!!!!
We lacked nothing.
The furnishings are beautiful and you feel comfortable right away.
The only thing that was really a disaster for us with a baby and stroller was the way to the beach.
Unfortunately, after 400m you are not at the beach.
The beach and the beach hut are also stunning.
This can only be reached via steep!!!! stairs.
A little further there is a steep path up to the beach, but once there... Stairs
That was the only big disadvantage and mood killer
But for someone who likes it sporty and is not traveling with a wheelchair, walker, or stroller, a top accommodation
