Welcome to Beach House Soute, located in a peaceful small holiday resort called De Ruiser, right next to Zoutelande, in Zeeland. This vacation home is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. With 120 square meters of living space, 1 master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet, there is enough space for up to 6 guests.
The house is equipped with all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious open kitchen has a dishwasher, large gas stove with oven, coffee machine and electric kettle. The bathroom is modern and stylish, equipped with a shower, double sink and toilet.
In the living room you will find a cozy fireplace and a television including Chromecast. There is also a washing machine and dryer. For the little ones there is a crib and high chair available. For the children there is plenty of room to play at the next-door camping site including a restaurant.
Outside you can enjoy the beautiful garden and the fine terrace facing south-west. The terrace is equipped with a table with 6 chairs and a parasol. Two bicycles are available for you to explore the area. The house also has wifi and is suitable for long-term rental.
The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature. You can enjoy the view of the sunset over the water, the quiet country roads and the beautiful natural landscapes. The beach is a stone's throw away, where you can relax and enjoy the sun during any season. During the summer months, you can use the private beach cabin at the beach.

Feel-good place......
It was a very nice vacation in a great house with perfect amenities. Questions were responded to immediately, so there was always contact with the landlord. Short walk to the beach and we really liked the small beach house. You could also relax wonderfully in the beautiful garden. The house is bright and wonderfully equipped. We would book it again.

Geweldig!!!
De inrichting, de sfeer en de omgeving... helemaal top. Al een paar keer terug geweest omdat we het zo fijn vinden in dit huisje. Alles netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Super beautiful holiday home with a good location
We really enjoyed our vacation in this holiday home. We particularly liked the quiet location and the short distance to the beach – perfect for relaxed walks, even with a dog. The house is very dog-friendly and offers enough space for six people and one four-legged friend.
The amenities of the house are very good, and everything needed for a pleasant stay is available. The landlords were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful, so we felt welcome from the very beginning.
Overall, we can gladly recommend the holiday home. We had a lovely and relaxing time and could well imagine coming back again.

Op korte afstand van het strand. Rustige omgeving.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben.
Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus gerne weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit und würden uns gut vorstellen können, noch einmal wiederzukommen.
Es fehlte uns an nichts.
Die Einrichtung wunderschön und man fühlt sich direkt wohl .
Das einzige was wirklich für uns mit Baby und Kinderwagen ein Katastrophe war,war der Weg zum Strand.
Leider ist man nach 400m nicht am Strand
..der Strand und die Strandhütte sind auch traumhaft
Dieser und nur über steile!!!!!! Treppen zu erreichen.
Ein wenig weiter ist zwar ein steiler Weg hoch zum Strand,aber dort angekommen,... Treppen
Das war der einzige gr.Nachteil und Stimmungskiller
Aber für jemanden der es sportlich mag und nicht mit Rollstuhl, Rollator oder Kinderwagen unterwegs ist,eine top Unterkunft

Super ausgestattete Küche, von Geschirr bis zum Ofen war alles vorhanden und funktionierte. Insgesamt sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, den Garten haben wir wegen der Jahreszeit nicht genutzt. Sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft in super strandnaher Lage.
Wir kommen gerne wieder☺️
