This cosy holiday bungalow is situated in a quiet park on the edge of the family resort Zoutelande, and is in a quiet corner with lots of privacy. The 3 bedrooms are equipped as follows: 1 bedroom with 2 single boxing springbeds that can be put apart, or linked to place, this bedroom also has a sink. The 2nd bedroom has 2 boxing springbeds that are together and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with underneath a double bed with above that a single bed for a child. There is a beautiful attached conservatory on the sunny side, with a sunshade above so that too bright sun can be shielded. The garden is around the house and gives a lot of privacy. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a separate freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. In a separate storage room is a washing machine with an extra large refrigerator. There is a bathroom with a bath, sink and shower, and a separate toilet at the entrance. Near this holiday park is a large campsite with many facilities.

The Ruiser 8 is a stone's throw away from the beautiful southern beach of Walcheren, and about 2 kilometers walk from the heart of the seaside resort of Zoutelande. There is a large supermarket with many free parking spaces to do your daily shopping here. Vlissingen and Middelburg are each 12 kilometers away from the park, so you always have a relatively small distance a place to shop or restaurants to visit. The seaside resort of Domburg is only 6 kilometres from the park. The old town of Veere is only 10 kilometers away, so a visit is very worthwhile. The bus stop of Biggekerke is about 700 meters away from the park.

The beach of Zoutelande is one of the few southern beaches in the Netherlands that is rich. Every year the municipality of Veere also receives a blue flag for a clean beach, which is well maintained and has beautiful facilities (showers, toilets, enough beach pavilions, gangways, etc.)

Owner's report,
In response to the previous poor review, we, as owners, have taken action. We have communicated with the cleaning company to ensure better cleaning. We have also begun a thorough cleaning ourselves. The mattresses were indeed soft (some people may enjoy this, others may not), so we have already replaced them. In terms of prices, we have made adjustments as well. However, these prices are in line with other similar accommodations in the area. We ourselves always enjoy this "special spot" and hopefully our future guests will too!
The only thing we can't control is the weather. 🌤

Not recommended
The house should not be rented out at all, as neglected as it is. It smells musty, the mattresses are too soft, there is mold on the wall in one room. Additionally, it was dirty, the kitchen cabinets were full of old grease, the toilet was not clean, and there were cobwebs and dust in the corners. The only nice thing was the location and the Marcusse family was very friendly. However, the real owner of the house is asking outrageous prices for a run-down shack.

Had a top vacation!
Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location, lots of privacy, nicely decorated and lots of light. The beds are indeed soft, but we didn't find that a disadvantage. Had a great holiday!

Unclean, smell very musty
The location of the house is very beautiful, but unfinished renovations, the beds are very bad, too soft, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. It's a pity, because you could make something nice out of the house with the property.
