This beautiful holiday bungalow 't Hoekje in Zoutelande has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday by the sea! This holiday home is really ideally located! In a small holiday park within walking distance of the centre and right behind the dunes of Zoutelande, the sunniest beach in the Netherlands!
The living room is cosily furnished with a corner sofa and a TV cabinet with TV. The large windows let in lots of natural light, which makes for a lovely, relaxing holiday!
In the open kitchen you have plenty of space and everything you need to prepare your own meals. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and microwave, filter coffee maker and kettle. The dining table is large enough for 4 people.
The holiday bungalow has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed (160 x 200) and a double duvet. In the children's bedroom there are two single box spring beds (90 x 210 cm). Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space.
The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
The house is surrounded by a fenced garden with a sunny terrace in front and behind the house where you can enjoy a drink and a snack in the sun. The house has a private parking space for 1 car. There is a garden shed where you can store 2 bicycles and there is electricity.
On the holiday park you will also find a playground, a football cage, a football game and a table tennis table, making the house ideal for your family holiday at the coast!

The centre of Zoutelande is a place where you can shop. Especially in the Langstraat there are many shops. You can relax on one of the many terraces. Do you want to see the sea? Then breathe in some fresh air on the boulevard. In the immediate vicinity of Zoutelande you can go on beautiful walks and cycling tours. Especially the area along the dunes is worthwhile. There are several cycle paths through the area. A hiking trail runs almost continuously from Zoutelande to Vlissingen. Enough opportunities to discover the surroundings in a sporty way!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
