We stayed at the holiday home in September for a week as a couple and felt very comfortable. The house is beautifully and purposefully furnished and equipped with everything one needs. It is very quietly located, and the west-facing terrace is well shielded from the neighboring houses. The large bedroom and the additional toilet on the upper floor are further advantages. We intend to book the house again.

We spent a lovely week in the holiday village in Boltenhagen. The house was in great condition and very tasteful and well-equipped. We would love to come back.

We were surprised by the comfort in the holiday home. The kitchen equipment was good, a washing machine for emergencies, and very important nowadays, Wi-Fi. The parking was very close, but not directly in front of the door or terrace. What was not so great was that the small room downstairs is unsuitable for 2 adults. A mosquito protection window would be sensible, so you can sleep with the window open (as already mentioned - the room is very small)! The outdoor areas directly in front of and behind the house (planting) should be maintained a bit better. But several guests have already complained about that. Still a successful vacation! Price - performance is right! We will definitely come back!

The furnishings are worth 5 stars. In the small bedroom, the beds/wardrobe are all of good quality and very clean. The bathroom is a bit cramped due to the shower behind the door situation. The sink, including the faucet, could use an update. On the plus side, there is a washing machine for free and plenty of storage space. A scale and hairdryer are available. In the living room/kitchen, everything is of the best quality. Appliances in the kitchen and everything else needed is available. The same goes for the rest of the living room. Also, balcony furniture in the best quality and sufficiently available. A new grill could be removed. Upper bedroom also in the best quality, blackout curtains in the roof windows are also available. Bathroom upstairs a bit small and spartan, but it’s enough for the night. Vacuum cleaner, sound system, lamps, and everything else top-notch. A bicycle or a cart would be great. Thank you.
