I booked this house specifically because of the good available children's equipment. High chair and baby bed available. Modern furnishings, corner sofa, new bathroom, cart, bicycles, sturdy garden chairs, awning, and very importantly, fly screens! We had a nice holiday week in house 41d with two small children. The bakery cart is open every morning from 7 a.m. and you can easily walk there. The beach is also not far with children. The cart was great for that. Small improvements would be: fly protection on the terrace door, child fall protection, children's plates, and possibly a stair gate.

A pleasant quiet vacation. The apartment has everything you need! As an end row house, it has a large sunny terrace from noon onwards, inviting relaxation. We had booked a laundry package, but the laundry is not changed in between. Then you would probably have to book another one. We then washed ourselves, which was not a problem. The dishes were not properly clean (dishwasher), probably just put in the cupboard by the previous tenant. That should be checked again. The beds were very comfortable, the shower room on the ground floor a bit small but modern and very clean. All in all, a relaxing stay.

Overall very good impression, comfortable. Minor deficiencies in the kitchen and the narrow bathroom downstairs. Some terrace chair cushions are stained and table covers not cleaned. Otherwise very clean and functionally furnished. The large corner terrace offers plenty of sun and quiet. The large hedge at the property boundary provides additional protection.

The house is beautiful except for the toilet upstairs, which runs for 2 hours after pressing if you don't move the switch box a bit. The cleaning staff should ensure that the balloons or similar items from the previous tenant are removed. But overall, it is a great house, located quietly, and you are woken up in the morning by a cuckoo. The parking space is also well shaded. The furnishings of the house are great too. There is good access to the city center as well as to Wismar or Klütz. What still needs to be replaced in the house is the drying rack; it is already rusting.

It is a super beautiful facility. The house lacks nothing. The children have a very nice playground to let off steam. We were allowed to spend a really great week there, and when our car wouldn't start on the day of departure, we were allowed to go back into the house one more time. Thank you very much for that!

The washing machine is broken (too old), only very little water comes from the shower... One could also dust the cabinets... The heating is new, top... even the bicycles are okay!! Boltenhagen is always worth a trip, and combined with the accommodation in the holiday village, everything is perfect. Although you are on vacation, the only thing missing is a Wi-Fi connection. But we always like to come back.

Good house with some missing parts. There is no Wi-Fi. This is absolutely outdated! There are no hooks for dish towels. Adhesive hooks would suffice. A dryer is missing. Washing and drying a load for the grandchildren in October is only possible if the items are hung on the towel dryer. A sharp knife and vegetable peeler are missing, as in every other house. Waste separation needs improvement. Bathroom is quite small. For 2 adults with 2 children just barely sufficient. Safe key was only handed over upon request. Location of the house very quiet and proximity to the beach very good. Parking in front of the house not recommended in strong winds because branches can fall on the car. 2 bicycles are available. However, the existing key does not fit the lock on the bicycle. Handcart available. Unfortunately, one wheel is flat. Pumping up with the available bicycle pump is not possible. The Lila-Bäcker in the Markant supermarket is not recommended. Better to get rolls next door at Aldi. They look better, taste better, and are cheaper. A gas station is available in Klütz. Apparently, a "tourist surcharge" of 4 cents per liter is charged there because people pass by on the way to the highway.

I would rate everything as good to very good. Also the location of the holiday home. The access roads could be improved. In winter and during rain, they are very muddy and you bring a lot of dirt into the house.

Beautiful holiday home modernly furnished. Very well suited for families. The house is located in a holiday village relatively at the end. Very quiet location as there is no road nearby. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Everything you need is available. Even the smallest ones are catered for. Baby bed, changing mat, high chair were all available. A playground also belongs to this holiday village. We had everything one needs for a nice vacation and would take one of these little houses again at any time.

The equipment of the holiday home is great. Everything has been thought of. Especially the fly screens and blackout options are noteworthy. The location is perfect. 10 minutes on foot to the beach. Fresh rolls available every day from a bakery cart right in the residential area. Very quiet. We found everything clean.

It is a beautiful end-terrace house. Behind the house is an unobtrusive garden, as there is no other house behind it. The shower room is small, and for robust individuals, it could be difficult to use it simultaneously. (1 is showering, 2 is brushing teeth and wants to leave the bathroom) The biggest criticism is the lack of internet, which is supposed to come at some point. I briefly looked at the mattress in the baby cot and consider the foam to be less than optimal. The holiday house is really nicely furnished and well-suited for families.

We were completely satisfied. The holiday apartment was close to the beach, and there were plenty of shopping options nearby. A parking space was located right in front of the house. There were enough garden furniture available. The apartment's amenities were very good. Although it seemed that almost all accommodations were occupied, we hardly noticed any of that in our accommodation. We would come back.

We have now been to Boltenhagen for the 6th time and decided to choose an apartment in the holiday village. The first impression of the premises really pleased us; everything is well-maintained and lovingly furnished! The beds were in very good condition, which is always an important criterion for us! And in the evening, the fireplace provides cozy hours... The complex is located in a quiet area and shopping markets as well as the beach can be easily reached on foot. We will definitely try to vacation there again someday! The apartment is really recommended!

The fact that we have already spent our vacation here 5 times says a lot. We love the Baltic Sea, Boltenhagen, and our accommodation in the holiday village. The only downside is the lack of Wi-Fi in the property, which is a drawback in today's times. It should also be mentioned that a parking space for a second car would be appreciated. We will come back; we have already booked our accommodation for 2021.

We did not have enough cutlery; a fork was missing. Then there was no Wi-Fi. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the accommodation. The weather was very nice. The only thing that burdened us a lot was the mosquitoes and other biting insects.
