Absolute dream house, it was a great stay, very very nice staff and always on site. One thing to consider might be the pillows; we had to use our blankets as pillows because they are much too flat. And a volleyball to borrow would also be great, since there is a field available. Otherwise, highly recommended!

The holiday home was clean, well-furnished, and large enough for 6 adults and 1 child. The location and distance to the beach are no more than a 3-minute walk. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town center. A disadvantage turned out to be that in holiday home 3a on the top floor, there is unfortunately no way to darken the room, as there were no blinds or curtains at the skylight. Furthermore, it should be mentioned that the depicted sleeping nook is definitely not suitable for sleeping, e.g. is suitable for children as there is no mattress there. What you see in the pictures is a bean bag. These two points of criticism could be easily addressed. Otherwise, it was a really nice stay.

The holiday home is super clean and tidy! It offers enough space for 6 people, even 8 with 2 sleeping places on the sofa in the living area. With its 3 bedrooms and the large kitchen-living room and 2 bathrooms, everyone has enough space to retreat if needed. There is even a sauna in the upper bathroom for worse days. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. In 2 of the 3 bedrooms as well as in the living area, there are large LED TVs available. A washing machine and a dishwasher complete the stay. Outside, there is a shed where all the bicycles can be conveniently stored. There are even 2 (smaller) bicycles and a cart available. The house is located in a residential complex that is enclosed by a barrier, and residents' cars are only allowed to enter for loading and unloading. This allows the children to move around freely, and one does not have to be constantly on guard. You park your car directly in front of the facility in the parking lot that can only be accessed through a barrier. If you come with several cars, you can park them in the public parking lot next door (cost: 6€/day). The only small downside, if you want to call it that, is that there are no fly screens on the windows, so you can easily be besieged by mosquitoes in the evening if you're not careful. We would (and will) go back if we want to go to Boltenhagen again. TOP!

Unfortunately, there were no fly screens in the windows, so we were unfortunately bitten by mosquitoes very often. In a house so close to standing water, fly screens are simply a must! Otherwise, we have nothing negative to report! The people at the reception were super nice, the repair on our dishwasher was carried out immediately, we are very satisfied overall!! We will see each other again, hopefully with the appropriate mosquito protection!!

We spent great 14 days at the Mariannenweg Boltenhagen facility, the only point to note is the missing 2nd parking space, here a cheap weekly ticket could provide a solution in the adjacent public parking lot since the daily ticket price does not work when you need to quickly go shopping with this car. Otherwise, very great, helpful caretakers. Especially, Mr. Emcke!!!

We were very enthusiastic about the house and the property. There is nothing to criticize here, and I can only recommend a stay. The only thing is that the parking spaces are too narrow by today’s standards for common cars. It also bothered me a bit that in a two-family house there is only one parking space. The second family then has to use the public parking (for an additional cost!). However, there is usually always something available there in the low and shoulder seasons. In the high season, however, it looks quite different from my own experience, and you may have to park your car far away from the house.

Our rented house was very nicely furnished, with plenty of space, and the entire complex was well-maintained. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. The facilities were also good. It is very nice that there is a grill, a cart, and bicycles available. This is particularly practical for shopping. For the teenagers, the Wi-Fi was a lifesaver. ;-) The two bathrooms were also incredibly helpful.

I travel once a year with the entire family (8 people) within Germany, and therefore I can say that this has been the most beautiful house so far. There is enough distance between the houses, the terraces are all arranged so that no one can look at each other's plates. No little houses where you can store your bikes.

We liked the holiday home very much. Everything was very tidy and clean. We have a small note. The beds in the attic creak very loudly and the mattresses are too soft. The lady at the reception said upon departure that there are new beds. This information should be passed on. This is just a small note. We will definitely come back to Boltenhagen next year.

We were six people in this great house. Even a small sauna is integrated into one of the bathrooms at no additional cost. The amenities are really superb. We only lacked a hairdryer and beer glasses/Wheat beer glasses. However, there are many other extras. The kitchen equipment is excellent. We also really liked the open living area with a huge sofa.

Equipped with 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 1 mini sauna. Nice furnishings. The only thing missing was a large pot. (With 8 people, for example, you have to cook pasta twice in small pots.) Otherwise, everything was great.

We spent 2 weeks in the holiday home 03a during wonderful summer weather. The house makes a great impression, like all the other properties on Mariannenweg, and the nearest beach section is clean, great for kids, and less crowded than the others... The large wooden shed for bicycles and beach items is practical, already equipped with 2 bicycles and a cart. The electric grill is a useful alternative, but of course, it can't compare to a charcoal grill... For a proud price of 225 euros per day, we would have expected quite a bit more. The kitchen is large and offers wine and champagne glasses, but the usual items for a large house for 8 people were missing: large pots in the kitchen, soup plates, fruit and vegetable knives, a butter dish; we simply bought the measuring cup ourselves... I assume that the refrigerator door, which only closes with force, will be repaired as soon as possible. The house is well protected against heat—with triple-glazed windows—but there is a lack of protection against mosquitoes... We also missed a door on the ground floor for those sleeping on the large and comfortable couch... one feels as if sleeping in the living room-kitchen-staircase-hallway. After all, it does not count as an additional bed but as a regular sleeping place. The playground has a child-unfriendly location: the children have to cross the gate to enter the holiday complex. Leave the parking lot. I have no understanding of the parking situation. A house like this for 8 people has only 1 parking space - we had up to 3 cars! The reference to the paid parking next door? ! 6 euros per day = 84 euros for 2 weeks... the free parking is over 1 km away... Something needs to change urgently. The employees at the rental office on site are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We are completely satisfied! The semi-detached house is modernly furnished and spacious. We were seven and didn’t get in each other's way, but the house can easily accommodate 8 people (3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds; the couch in the living room is extendable and theoretically, three people could even sleep on it). There is really a lot of space. The beach is within walking distance, and there is a cart available for all the stuff one needs at the beach. The neighboring houses are pleasantly far away. The staff welcomed us warmly and supported us excellently with all our concerns. Highly recommend!
