The semi-detached house we lived in was sufficiently large for 4 people and equipped with 2 bathrooms. The house and the entire interior and furnishings were in very good condition, everything was very clean and tidy. The location is quiet, and we simply found the entire ambiance of the houses and outdoor areas great. Also, the organizational information of any kind in the welcome folder was very helpful. We felt very comfortable here. The house is cozily furnished. Everything you need is available. We lacked nothing. There are even books, DVDs, and games for bad weather. Great that you can only drive to the holiday resort for loading and unloading. There is a playground for children and even a beach volleyball court. The beach is not far away either... Thank you very much for making our stay with you so pleasant (reception, maintenance, cleaning). We will be back soon.

We would spend our vacation here again at any time, the way to the town center of Boltenhagen is a bit far, but the shuttle bus can be used. The house is spacious, the bathrooms are great, the sauna is small but very nice, the kitchen, the living area, and the bedrooms are simply very well and tastefully furnished. We felt comfortable. The offer on the terrace, with a table, chairs, and a beach chair, allowed us to enjoy the sun delightfully. In the kitchen, all the necessary furnishings were in tip-top shape, starting from the cooking facilities to the dishes, everything was there. Washing machine, an electric grill, vacuum cleaner, etc., all there! Only the long walk to the town center led us to give a good rating in the area of location.

We were very satisfied with the equipment and location of the holiday home. The description and the pictures on the internet matched 100% with the condition of the house. There is really nothing to criticize, and the reception was very nice and warm. The stated distance to the beach, about 5-10 minutes on foot, was also accurate. The dog beach is highly recommended for dog owners because you can take advantage of the option to rent a beach chair. Furthermore, this beach area is very clean and well-maintained. The other beach sections are also recommended for families with children as it is a very gently sloping sandy beach. The cities of Lübeck, Rostock, and Schwerin can be reached by car in just over an hour. A suggestion from our side would be fly screens in front of the windows and clothespins, but this is really just "complaining at a very high level." The thatched-roof resort house in Boltenhagen is in new construction condition. Very good maintenance condition of the entire complex with 20 houses. The semi-detached houses are pleasantly far apart. You are not on top of each other. 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from the town center and its gastronomy. No traffic noise. 5 minutes walking to the beach. Well-kept beach promenade. Shopping opportunities not only on the outskirts but also near the center. A relatively spacious shed for bicycles at the house. Terrace with furniture, beach chair, and sun umbrella very well equipped. Central garbage house very tidy and clean. Parking okay.

Due to water damage, my father had to leave his apartment for two weeks and spent a wonderful time on Mariannenweg. The house is beautifully furnished. Someone really put thought into the decor, and everything was well thought out; my father lacked for nothing. The house was super clean, and he felt comfortable from the very first moment. An ideal place to simply relax and unwind. There is a very nice team from Nordic and a very dedicated and friendly contact with the owner. Overall, it was an experience that made my father forget the troubles of his water damage at home. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for that. We will come back, definitely!

The holiday home has everything you need. Since the facility is located away from the main road, it is fantastically quiet. The service was great and straightforward from arrival to departure. Nordic has its office right at the entrance/driveway to the holiday village, so it is very close by. We only picked up and dropped off our key there, as there was nothing to complain about. You can drive close to the house for loading and unloading with the vehicle, after which a parking space is reserved in front of the complex. The house had everything needed for the vacation, and the cleanliness was excellent. On the terrace, there is a table and chairs, a beach chair, and a lounger, everything is top-notch. The house and the bathrooms are modern. We were there with a dog, which didn’t cause any problems at all. Once you leave the holiday village, you can reach meadows and fields towards Tarnewitz in 2-3 minutes on foot, the beach/promenade in 8-10 minutes, and restaurants are also easily accessible on foot. It is a few meters to the village center, but those who are fit will manage that easily. Shopping options are Edeka and Netto, which are each reachable in 3-4 minutes by car.

The house offered us everything we needed for two adults and two children (6 and 7). In beach weather, the accommodation is not so important, but on our rainy day, it was good to have two bedrooms where one or the other could retreat. It would be desirable to have a door to the living area downstairs, but that doesn't make me take away any stars. The kitchen equipment is very good. There are even two coffee machines (a filter and a Tassimo with large, wide capsules). We even managed to bake something. Measuring cup as a scale. For me, a special plus point was that there was absolutely nothing to hear at night and the windows could stay open without any problems. The next street is far enough away and since there are hardly any trees or bushes nearby, there are also no birds to wake you up. The mattresses are another plus point. Perfect for my taste, not too hard, not too soft. The only drawback is the mattress cover, which feels like in a hospital. Air-tight. Therefore, windows open! By the way, there is a hairdryer in both bathrooms. The 400m to the beach was no problem for the kids either. In the small shed in front of the house, there is a great, sturdy cart with a box of sand toys and even a bike. Maybe for picking up rolls in the morning. Everything else is great too!

Do not come with 2 vehicles, because although the houses are generally designed for 4 and 6 people, you can only park one vehicle for free in a designated space. The parking fees in Boltenhagen itself are exorbitant, and there are no unregulated parking spaces. A second vehicle will therefore become very expensive. The parking space assigned to you per rented house is very narrow, and you can hardly get in or out between two SUVs or buses. Unless you also have sliding doors and are not larger than clothing size XXL,

Well-maintained property with modern holiday apartments in beautiful thatched houses. The furnishings are consistently high-quality, modern, and tastefully decorated. Living space is very generous. The location is perfect for us, as it is only a few minutes' walk to the clean dog beach of Tarnewitz. It is a bit further to the center of Boltenhagen, but therefore very quiet. Overall, we are really satisfied, even though the vacation was far too short, as unfortunately everything was fully booked for a longer stay.
