The modern semi-detached house in the front row of the holiday park on Mariannenweg is well-equipped for six people with two spacious bathrooms and three bedrooms, as well as sufficient dishes and cutlery, a stove with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, and four (!) TVs, etc. Unfortunately, the sofa area in the living area is then a bit too small, and a second parking space included would be desirable. Thus, the second car (which is needed when coming with six people. . . ) must be parked outside the premises for a fee. WLAN is available, which is almost a given these days. We did not use the infrared cabin; it is located (only slightly shielded from view) upstairs in the hallway. We sometimes missed a bit of light: although there are ceiling lights in the living-kitchen area, they resemble office lamps with their white light and are uncomfortable. The lonely floor lamp and the small lamp on a windowsill provide dim light, suitable for reading or similar activities. Unfortunately too little. One or two floor lamps could help. The final cleaning seemed quite expensive to us at €110, the house is not that big after all... Great caution is required when handling the keys: they are part of a locking system, the loss of a key would be very (!) expensive. This could possibly be arranged differently nowadays, e.g. via chip cards for the barrier. We and our dog really enjoyed the walking and hiking trails that start right at the front door and lead either to the beautiful beach (400 m) or through meadows and pastures, e.g. to the Weiße Wiek. Conclusion: nicely located house with minor flaws, always recommendable - we would love to come back!

Holiday home with great amenities and above all very clean. Due to the thoughtful layout for families, also suitable for older people. Friendly reception by the service staff with comprehensive advice. Only the path to the beach is a bit inconvenient.

We found a very well-equipped house in a great location that meets all requirements even in winter. The beach is easily and quickly reachable on foot, and the house is an ideal starting point for various excursion destinations. Everything is great!

The house is very nice, but somewhat noisy. We didn't find the sauna in the hallway very optimal and therefore didn't use it. Based on the description, we assumed we could park directly at the house, but you have to park in a "collective parking lot" in front of the settlement. Any additional car must park in a paid parking lot. Since this problem has probably been brought up with the staff before, they do not respond very politely to questions. As for the availability of playgrounds, I'm just glad our children are out of that age, because there are nicer ones at the North Sea. Personally, I missed nice paths for walking the dog. All in all, it's quite nice, but I'd prefer it not to be so modern and with a TV in every room, but the overall package fits.

The arrival was very uncomplicated and the reception was very friendly! The house is very modern and very clean! It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach and the dog beach is just a few minutes further! All in all, it was a super great vacation and we would rent this house again!

The house is very well equipped, clean, and well-maintained. The facility is generally spaciously designed, but we missed a second parking space. The hot water for washing dishes could be hotter, but it was sufficient for showering. The on-site staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend the property. We can highly recommend this vacation apartment. There is nothing missing here. The house was handed over to us in a very clean condition. We have known the Mariannenweg for 19 years, it's great to see how the facility was created. This year we were there again, it is simply really beautiful. We will come back.

We visited the house as a group and must say it is really top-notch. What I find a bit disappointing is that there is only one parking space available per property. This is really too little for a house that has up to three bedrooms. The adjacent public parking lot on Mariannenweg costs 6 euros per day. I think there should be a distinction between day guests and renters of the Reethäuser area. Perhaps even for an additional rental fee. Otherwise, the staff is very nice, and small shortcomings were immediately addressed by the Nordic employees. I would have just wished for a small city map for arrival that briefly explains the nearest beach access or town center. We would happily come back to Boltenhagen.

We were with several friends for a weekend in this house and we lacked nothing. However, we could have used the welcome package including dish brush, dishwasher tablets, etc. upon arrival... it would be better to have that placed in the house rather than receiving it on the second day. Otherwise, we lacked nothing and it was very cozy and quiet. Absolutely recommendable.

The house is very beautiful, modernly furnished, and located in a nice area a little outside the seaside resort of Boltenhagen. You can find a lot of tranquility there. The house/duplex has a lovely terrace, and there is enough distance from the other houses. The houses are connected by a large lawn, which provides space for children. It is also nice for children that the area is predominantly car-free. There is a parking space for each house. This is a point of criticism for us: with 6 beds, you arrive with at least 2 cars. The second car then has to go to the public parking nearby, where you have to pay daily fees, every time you leave the site. It would be good for Nordic to find a better solution.

We spent a few nice days in Boltenhagen. The semi-detached house is equipped with everything you need. Quiet location and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The small restaurant "Zum Klabautermann" is highly recommended. Good food at reasonable prices and a landlady who speaks her mind. We would vacation here again.

We had a wonderful vacation in Boltenhagen again. The accommodation was clean and very tastefully furnished. We lacked nothing. The location to the dog beach is optimal. We will definitely return.
