Holiday home relaxing holiday Boltenhagen

We were guests with our children and grandchildren (2; 6 and 2 years old). The holiday village and accommodation offer a worry-free package. Everyone was thrilled. We will definitely come back in 2026.

Beautiful semi-detached house with good amenities. Quiet location and not far from the beach, 25 min. to the town center. Recommended for families.

+ Very beautiful house with all necessary amenities. + Identified defects were immediately addressed by the caretaker. + Reception was constantly accessible. - The house was intended for 6 people. However, the small sauna built into the house only accommodated 2 people. A bread roll service would be nice!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

I would recommend a door in the form of a sliding door to the ground floor hallway as the noises from the living room penetrate upstairs into the bedrooms. There are different wake-up and bedtime schedules. Just a tip..., and there are no beach chairs for this apartment like in the others. It would also be nice to isolate oneself from the neighbors if desired.

The house is super functional and cozy furnished.

Good and attentive, polite service from the staff of Nordic. Thanks also to the unknown bread service that worked wonderfully over the New Year. About the house: Tastefully furnished by the owners and equipped with everything necessary. We felt very comfortable in 19b over the New Year and can only recommend this house. Thank you, Heinrich L.

Very beautiful and well-maintained facility. We have been there for the second time. The houses/semi-detached houses are especially recommended for families with children.

The house is beautiful and fantastically equipped. We had a great time as a trio (2 adult siblings in their 40s plus 80-year-old father). Stable Wi-Fi with good speed is also available! And the path to the beach is manageable even for those with mobility issues. We will definitely come back!

We have been in this house for the second time. Clean, very quiet, and optimally furnished! The staff very friendly and helpful. Would love to come again!

The semi-detached house is very well equipped and in very good condition, the complex is very well maintained.

An absolute eye-catcher is this holiday home. Equipment TOP, price-performance TOP.

A great holiday home, well furnished, nothing is missing. Perfect location. You arrive and feel at home. We felt very comfortable. We will definitely come back.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

Everything was great, including the support from the intermediary Nordic, always reachable via an emergency phone number. Price/performance for the house was fine, but we found the price for towels and bed linen a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, it's difficult to bring these when arriving by bike.

The holiday home is very well equipped. There is almost nothing missing in the kitchen. For children and beach outings, the included buggy as a beach cart is excellent, and you can easily take a lot to the beach. You can't complain about the price of 180€ per night for comparable properties, especially for the amenities offered, and the distance to the beach is no more than a five-minute walk. The only drawback is that when arriving with three bedrooms and two parties or six people, and thus generally 2 vehicles, only one parking space is available at the house, and the second car must either be parked nearby for a daily fee of 6 € since parking in the area is subject to charges everywhere, or it must be parked outside (next to the Netto market) for free, which means always having to bring the driver to the car to retrieve it. Otherwise, it is great for children that a fenced playground is part of the overall facility and that the children can play and run freely across the entire area without danger, as access to the site is only allowed by car for loading and unloading. All in all, however, a good facility that can be recommended at any time.

The furnishings of the holiday home are impeccable and very well thought out. The house is in very well-maintained condition. The outdoor areas are also wonderfully cared for and pretty. The bathing beach, as well as shopping options, can be reached in a few minutes on foot. To reach the center, it takes about 30 minutes on foot. For us, the location was quiet and perfect. Excursion destinations like Hamburg or Travemünde/Lübeck are easily reachable by car. We really liked it!!!

The holiday home, including the outdoor area, is very beautiful and also fully equipped for daily use, e.g., washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, refrigerator, microwave, oven, plates/glasses/cutlery, etc. There is a sauna, grill, 3 TVs, as well as 1 DVD player, internet (Wi-Fi), terrace with table/chairs/sun umbrella, 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people, free parking space, outdoor storage shed for bicycles (with balls, badminton/soft tennis rackets). Only a beach chair is missing to be able to relax outside (available at other houses). Very friendly and helpful staff (available daily and personally). There is even the possibility to send daily newspapers and mail there.

The apartment is very nice. Everything is clean, bright, and like new. The furnishings are of high quality but still have some potential for improvement. For example, cushions for the garden furniture would have been nice. A gas grill instead of an electric grill and usable smart functions for the TV and the stereo system would have been great. We searched in vain for salad, cereal, and vegetable bowls, as well as an espresso machine/cups. The waste disposal certainly has room for improvement. Upon our arrival before the holidays, all the trash bins were already overflowing. After all, a single parking space for a 6-person vacation rental is quite tight. Opening the two barriers from the car (key) was quite fiddly. The Nordic service team was, by the way, super friendly. Of course, this is all whining at a very high level. However, the spoiled guest expects exceptionally good services for the rather high rent. The enemy of the good is perfection.

We were four with two small children in the house. The house was very beautiful, the furnishings harmonious and consistent. Nothing was worn out, everything was very clean. The additional shed with play equipment, grill, cart, etc. was new. The cart was optimal for the two children to go to the beach with them. We also enjoyed using the terrace and the garden. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The price was relatively high in the high season compared to other houses, but for such a new and great house, we were happy to pay this.

Very nice holiday resort. The accommodation is very well maintained, modern, and equipped with high quality. Highly recommended for family vacations with (small) children. The beach is quickly accessible. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the town center.

The accommodation is clean and very well equipped. Everything is perfect for a holiday at the Baltic Sea! The location is not central and about 2km from the "center" of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are nearby. However, one must be in good walking condition.

It was a very nice stay in the comfortably furnished semi-detached house. Everything needed was available in terms of equipment. We can only recommend the accommodation.

Super cozy half of a vacation home. Clean and stylishly furnished.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The booking was uncomplicated, and I was very well informed. The house was very clean, and everything was available that one needs for a pleasant stay. Very nice decor. The beach was easily accessible. The available parking was really good. We were very satisfied.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

A very nice vacation home with the best amenities we have encountered in a vacation house/apartment so far. The Nordic charm of the decor adds to the overall comfort. One can relax wonderfully here; the beach is not too far away, shopping options are all available, and the location invites for walks/runs.
