Description
The exclusively furnished 2-room holiday apartment is approx. 50m² in size and offers space for up to 4 people. The flat has a large living room with open kitchen and dining area, a shower room and a separate bedroom with double bed. The living room and bathroom also have underfloor heating. In the living room there is a pull-out couch that can comfortably sleep 2 people. The flat is very tastefully furnished, of high quality and bright. The flat has a terrace with garden furniture, a small garden and of course a free parking space. From the 2 bicycles are already included in the price! For our little guests, a children's high chair and a children's travel cot are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The beautiful holiday home was newly built in 2010 and only the coastal forest separates it from the white Baltic Sea beach. The Baltic resort of Kölpinsee is located in the middle of the island of Usedom - incidentally the sunniest island in Germany. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, which is up to 50 metres wide, is only about 300 metres away.

| 2 28er bicycles and internet/WLan are available for you to use free of charge! The prices are valid for an occupancy with 2 persons and from 5 overnight stays - each additional person is charged with 5 EURO per overnight stay. All prices include electricity, heating, water, a separate lockable bicycle shed and a parking space directly at the house. A linen package (towels and bed linen) can be booked for 20 EURO per person (beds are not made up!). Please ask for prices for holidays (New Year's Eve, Easter, Whitsun, etc.). If a stay of less than 5 nights is desired - please also ask for prices. The visitor's tax is collected on site and is not included in the price. SPECIAL PRICE from 07.11. to 17.12. and from 07.01. to 23.03. - 7 nights for 345EURO for 2 persons! |
Cancellation terms:
The terms and conditions accompanying the booking contract naturally include the cancellation policy! We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance! DUE TO CORONA: Should arrival be impossible due to official reasons (e.g., travel ban to Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania/Usedom as in the spring of 2020 and 2021), you can, of course, cancel free of charge and you will get your money back.

We will be back......
We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat close to the beach.The underfloor heating was very pleasant and warmed us after long walks.The mattresses were very comfortable,we have experienced worse.Thank you also to the landlady for the nice phone call regarding the flat rental.We can only warmly recommend the flat.We have recovered well and will be happy to come back.

100% highly recommended
We were very satisfied with this holiday apartment. It is very close to the beach (about 150m away). 2 bikes are included (makes exploring the island easier ;) and the car can stay parked. Parking is right at the house! Everything you need is available in the apartment!

absolute recommendation!
From arrival to departure, everything was great! We were welcomed very warmly and received insider tips right away. The holiday apartment is very close to the beach, just 100m - 150m down the street and you're at the beach. We even had 2 bikes included, which was awesome for us personally as we could get everywhere faster without needing the car! Everything you have at home is also available in the apartment! As the title of the review already suggests: absolutely recommended!

Absolutely recommended! We will come back!
Accommodation is really recommended. Everything you need is available. The parking is right next to the house, and two bicycles are also available for free use. In addition, the accommodation is in close proximity to the beach, and the neighboring town of Koserow is easily accessible by bike (through a mixed forest) or on foot (e.g. barefoot on the beautiful sandy beach). Thank you very much, it was very relaxing.
