The exclusively furnished 3-room holiday flat is ² in size and offers space for 6 people. The flat has a large living room with open kitchen and dining area, a shower room, a separate bedroom with double bed and another bedroom in the attic with 2 single beds. The living room and bathroom have an additional sofa bed which can comfortably sleep 2 people. The flat is very tastefully furnished in a high quality and bright. The flat has a balcony with garden furniture and of course a free parking space. A high chair and a travel cot are available for our younger guests.

Location and surroundings of object
The beautiful house was built in 2010 and only the coastal forest separates it from the white Baltic Sea beach. The Baltic Kölpinsee located in the center of the island Usedom - incidentally, the sunniest island in Germany. Of up to 50 meters wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is only 300 meters away.

| The prices are valid for an occupancy with 2 persons and from 5 overnight stays - each additional person is charged with 5 EURO per overnight stay. All prices include electricity, heating, water, internet/WLan, 2 28 cm bicycles, a separate lockable bicycle shed, children's travel bed, children's high chair and a parking space directly at the house. Please ask for prices for holidays (New Year's Eve, Easter, Whitsun, etc.). If you wish to stay less than 5 nights, please ask for the prices. A linen package (towels and bed linen) can be booked for 20 EURO per person (beds are not made up!). The visitor's tax is collected on site and is not included in the price). SPECIAL PRICE from 07.11. to 17.12. and from 07.01. to 23.03. - 7 nights for 345EURO for 2 persons! |
Cancellation terms:
The terms and conditions accompanying the booking contract naturally include the cancellation policy! We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance! DUE TO CORONA: Should arrival be impossible due to official reasons (e.g., travel ban to Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania/Usedom as in the spring of 2020 and 2021), you can, of course, cancel free of charge and you will get your money back.

Strandnähe
It is especially nice to have the holiday apartment close to the beach and also bikes available. This makes the vacation varied. We especially like that there is a second sleeping area. The contact with the couple Fritsche is also very very pleasant.

Apartment for feeling good
Thanks to the bright and friendly decor, it's impossible not to feel comfortable in the holiday apartment of the Fritzsche family! We lacked nothing, and if we had, a quick feedback to the landlords or the caretaker would have certainly not been a problem - communication was extremely uncomplicated and nice.
The surroundings of the apartment also leave nothing to be desired. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot, and the provided bicycles ride very well. We will definitely come back soon. Thanks for the wonderful holiday!

For the first time on Usedom - but certainly not the last time!
Were on Usedom for the first time and felt comfortable right away thanks to the friendly communication with the landlords + caretaker, as well as the attractive and bright furnishings of the apartment! Conveniently located, the surroundings invite exploration - whether on foot, by bike, or even swimming ;-) (the beach is actually only a 5-minute walk away!) Even in bad weather, there is plenty to do, brochures provided by the landlords give a good overview. Movies, books, and board games also prevent any boredom. A completely successful short break, thank you very much! We will definitely come back :-)

Everything's perfect!
Thanks to the nice and uncomplicated communication with the landlords and the property manager, we were able to spend a few days by the sea quite spontaneously. It was no problem that we had our little daughter with us - a high chair and a baby bed were available. There was nothing lacking in any other aspect - friendly, bright, and modernly furnished, one feels immediately comfortable in the apartment of the Fritzsche family. It will certainly not have been the last time! :-) THANK YOU!
