The exclusively furnished 3-room holiday flat is ² in size and offers space for 6 people. The flat has a large living room with open kitchen and dining area, a shower room, a separate bedroom with double bed and another bedroom in the attic with 2 single beds. The living room and bathroom have an additional sofa bed which can comfortably sleep 2 people. The flat is very tastefully furnished in a high quality and bright. The flat has a balcony with garden furniture and of course a free parking space. A high chair and a travel cot are available for our younger guests.

The beautiful house was built in 2010 and only the coastal forest separates it from the white Baltic Sea beach. The Baltic Kölpinsee located in the center of the island Usedom - incidentally, the sunniest island in Germany. Of up to 50 meters wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is only 300 meters away.

All prices include electricity, heating, water, internet/WLan, 2 28 cm bicycles, a separate lockable bicycle shed, children's travel bed, children's high chair and a parking space directly at the house. Please ask for prices for holidays (New Year's Eve, Easter, Whitsun, etc.). If you wish to stay less than 5 nights, please ask for the prices. A linen package (towels and bed linen) can be booked for 20 EURO per person (beds are not made up!). The visitor's tax is collected on site and is not included in the price). FeWo zum Wohlfühlen
Dank der hellen und freundlichen Einrichtung, kann man gar nicht anders, als sich in der FeWo von Fam. Fritzsche wohlfühlen! Es mangelte uns an nichts und wenn, dann wäre eine kurze Rückmeldung bei den Vermietern oder der Verwalterin mit Sicherheit kein Problem gewesen - die Kommunikation gestaltete sich als äußerst unkompliziert und nett.
Auch die Umgebung der FeWo lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die bereitgestellten Fahrräder fahren sich sehr gut. Wir werden sicherlich bald wiederkommen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Zum ersten Mal auf Usedom - aber sicher nicht zum letzten Mal!
Waren das erste Mal auf Usedom und haben uns dank der freundlichen Kommunikation mit Vermietern + Verwalterin, sowie natürlich der ansprechenden und hellen Einrichtung der FeWo, direkt wohlgefühlt! Günstig gelegen, lädt die Umgebung dazu ein, erkundet zu werden - sei es zu Fuß, per Rad und auch schwimmend ;-) (der Strand ist tatsächlich nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt!) Auch bei schlechtem Wetter, gibt es allerhand zu erleben, von den Vermietern zur Verfügung gestellte Prospekte geben einen guten Überblick. Filme, Bücher und Gesellschaftsspiele lassen ebenfalls keine Langeweile aufkommen. Ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub, vielen Dank! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder :-)

Alles tip top!
Dank der netten und unkomplizierten Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Verwalterin, konnten wir recht spontan ein paar Tage am Meer verbringen. Dabei war es kein Problem, dass wir unsere kleine Tochter dabei hatten - Kinderstuhl und Babybett waren vorhanden. Auch sonst mangelt es an nichts - freundlich, hell und modern eingerichtet, fühlt man sich direkt pudelwohl in der FeWo von Fam. Fritzsche. Es wird sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein! :-)
