The comfortable holiday home with approx. 115m² living space was built in 2005. It has a large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, 2 sunbeds and a garden. 2 bicycles and 2 car parking spaces are available for free use. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living/dining room (incl. pull-out sofa bed) with a fully equipped kitchen are ideal for 2 families or a holiday for 3 generations. In summer and in winter, but also in the other times, your stay will be a pleasant memory. The sauna for 4 persons and a cosy fireplace evening invite you to relax even in the cooler months of the year. Free W-LAN is available. A supermarket with baker and butcher is approx. 250m away.

The house is located on the outskirts of Koserow - the Baltic Sea beach and the backwaters are within walking distance. A supermarket with bakery and flesh 250m to various restaurants and the town center a few minutes.

| The prices are valid for an occupancy of 6 persons. Each additional person costs 5 EURO per night. The price includes additional costs such as water, heating, electricity, use of sauna and washing machine, W-Lan/Internet, 2 parking spaces directly at the house, a children's high chair and a children's travel cot, 2 28 cm bicycles are also included in the rental price for free use, linen package (towels and bed linen) can - but does not have to - be booked for 20 EURO per person (beds are not made!). The visitor's tax is not included in the rental price and will be collected on site. |

Urlaub an der Ostsee
Kommen gerne wieder. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wie es beschrieben wird trifft auch zu.
Kamin haben wir täglich genutzt, war ein muss. Alles vorhanden, es fehlte an gar nichts. Die Sauna, himmlich bei diesen Temperaturen. In ein paar Schritten ist man im Wald, ein täglicher Sparziergang mit unserem Hund, das hat uns gefallen. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist sollte das Auto dabei haben, vor allem um mehr von der Umgebung zu sehen.
Es war eine schöne Woche Urlaub.

Schönes Haus
Wir waren im Mai 2012 für 1 Woche mit 7 Personen in diesem wunderschönen, top ausgestatteten Haus und denken immer noch gerne an unsere Unterkunft. Obwohl das Wetter Anfang der Woche leider nicht sehr sommerlich war, fühlten wir uns mit Fussbodenheizung und Sauna sehr wohl. 5 Sterne! Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Das sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus mit viel Platz hat unseren Urlaub trotz rauhen Wetters perfekt werden lassen. Somit ist bewiesen, eine Reise an die Ostsee ist zu jeder Jahreszeit schön!
Wir waren überrascht von der wirklich sorgfältigen Ausstattung des Hauses in allen Bereichen - es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist hell und freundlich und auch absolut kleinkindtauglich. Die Wohnlage ist ruhig. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind auch zu Fuß leicht und schnell erreichbar. Zur Seebrücke sind es mit dem Kinderwagen durch den Ort ca. 2 km Fußmarsch.
Wir empfehlen das Haus unbedingt - wir kommen gern wieder
