Welcome to the Matzick holiday apartment in Loddin/OT Kölpinsee – your ideal retreat for relaxing vacation days on the Baltic Sea! The accommodation offers 60 m² of living space, providing ample room for up to 4 guests. An extra bed for 2 people is possible (sofa bed). Two separate bedrooms ensure privacy, while the bathroom impresses with modern amenities and includes a washing machine. Enjoy the fresh sea air on the balcony or start excursions in the surrounding area directly from your own parking space.
The fully equipped kitchen features a kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, and coffee machine – perfect for sociable cooking evenings. The living area invites you to cozy hours with a TV and free Wi-Fi. For families, a crib and a high chair are available, so even the little ones are well taken care of. After a day at the nearby sandy beach or a bike tour with the two bicycles provided, you can conveniently wash your laundry in the washing machine.
The apartment is exclusively for non-smokers and offers an allergy-friendly environment. Long-term stays in winter are also possible, which makes the accommodation particularly attractive for fitters and guests who wish to stay longer. A hairdryer is also available. The well-kept garden with seating areas as well as the proximity to the beach and idyllic nature trails make your stay unforgettable.

Additional information about the rental price:
The prices apply for an occupancy of 2 persons and from 5 overnight stays – each additional person is charged 5 EURO per night. All prices include electricity, heating, water, internet/WiFi, 2 28-inch bicycles, a separate lockable bicycle shed, travel cot, high chair, and a parking space directly at the house. Please inquire about prices for holidays (New Year's Eve, Easter, Pentecost, etc.). If a stay of less than 5 nights is desired, please also inquire about prices. A linen package (towels and bed linen) can be booked for 20 EURO per person (beds will not be made!). The tourist tax is collected on site and is not included in the price).
Cancellation conditions:
The contractual conditions attached to the booking contract naturally include the cancellation conditions! We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance! DUE TO CORONA: If arrival is not possible for official reasons (e.g. Entry ban to Mecklenburg-Vorpommern/Usedom as in spring 2020 and 2021 ) not possible, you can of course cancel free of charge and you will get your money back.

The beautiful holiday home was built in 2010 and only the coastal forest separates it from the white Baltic Sea beach. The Baltic Sea resort of Kölpinsee is located in the middle of the island of Usedom – incidentally, the sunniest island in Germany. The up to 50 meter wide fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only about 300 meters away.

Großartige Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Wir haben eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche als Paar in dieser großartigen Ferienwohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr willkommen und rundum wohl gefühlt. Kölpinsee ist ein süßer, ruhiger und sehr sauberer Ferienort mit freundlichen Menschen an der Küstenseite und liegt zwischen den bekannteren Orten Koserow und Ückeritz unweit der berühmten Kaiserbäder Bansin, Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck, die in kurzer Entfernung sowohl mit dem Auto, dem Fahrrad oder der Usedomer Bäderbahn (kostenfrei in der Usedomcard bis Swinemünde/ Polen enthalten) erreichbar sind. Von der Ferienwohnung erreicht man den feinen, gepflegten Sandstrand fußläufig in 10 Minuten, Strandkorbvermietung zum fairen Preis ebenfalls direkt an der Strandpromenade. Für Urlauber mit PKW oder Radfahrer ist das auf der anderen Seite liegende Achterwasser auch in Kürze erreichbar und bietet noch einmal ein ganz anderes Flair, urige Kneipen und Cafés und einfach nur traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge.
Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich, hochwertig und modern mit allem ausgestattet, was das Urlauberherz begehrt, ein großer Flachbildfernseher befindet sich sowohl im Wohn- als auch im Schlafzimmer und das Tageslichtbad mit Duschkabine ist außergewöhnlich geräumig und luftig und hat auch eine Waschmaschine sowie einen Wäscheständer. In der Küche fehlt es ebenfalls an nichts, auch ein Geschirrspüler und mehr als ausreichend dekoratives Geschirr und wertiges Besteck sind vorhanden. Danke auch für die besonders hübsch beschrifteten Kaffeetassen, aus denen wir unseren Morgenkaffee auf der Terrasse mit angenehmer Privatsphäre unter dem Sonnenschirm täglich besonders genossen haben. Hervorzuheben sind auch die absolute Sauberkeit der Wohnung, die wertigen Fliegengitter an mehreren Fenstern und der hilfreiche, schnelle Service der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort sowie 2 kostenfreie Fahrräder, die uns jederzeit zur Verfügung standen. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön und bis hoffentlich ganz bald im wunderschönen Kölpinsee.?

Very nice vacation!
We had very nice days in this apartment and on the island of Usedom! The Baltic Sea beach is really only about a 5-minute walk away, and we were able to use the 2 bicycles as well. The apartment is very nice and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We would love to come back!
