Comfortably and lovingly furnished holiday flat in the Baltic Sea resort of Kölpinsee on the sunny island of Usedom. Fully furnished for four people, 3 rooms, 64 m² on the ground floor of the beautiful Bernsteinhaus. Living area with open kitchen incl. dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. and a dining area for the family, bedroom and children's room, storage room and bathroom with shower. Fireplace, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, two terraces facing east and southwest - sun all day, parking space, lockable shed for storing bicycles and beach gear.

The flat is very centrally located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee on a quiet residential street. Adjacent to the southwest terrace is a large lawn. It is about 800 m to the beach. In the village you will find everything nearby: Baker, supermarket, bicycle rental, several restaurants, wellness area also for day guests in the Hotel Seerose. For you and your children, Karls Erdbeerhof in the neighbouring village of Koserow is worth a trip. You can walk to Stubbenfelde via the newly built promenade. You can reach seaside resorts such as Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf or Zinnowitz in no time with the island train.

Super holiday home
We have already booked this vacation rental for the 4th time and, like always, had a super nice holiday time.
The vacation rental is very well laid out. There is a lot of space. It is very clean and nothing is missing.

Top vacation rental
We have now been to the Bernsteinhaus for the third time in apartment 1 in Kölpinsee. And again we had wonderful, relaxing vacation days and the beautiful and very well maintained apartment also contributed to that. We felt very very comfortable again and will gladly come back.

Schöner Urlaub
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, nah zum Strand etwa 10 min und sehr ruhig gelegen. Bahnhofs nah ca 2 min Fußweg.

The accommodation has everything you need. It was clean, well maintained and in a great location. We liked it very much and would love to come back!
A small drawback: there were a few ants in the kitchen. But since the neighbours also had an ant bait, it's not the fault of the apartment.

When a non-smoker enters the terrace and notices countless cigarette butts all around, it is not a pleasing sight. They had to remove them themselves. A big minus point. Otherwise, we were absolutely satisfied with the ground floor apartment no. 1.

Tolle Lage und sehr sauber
Wir haben den Urlaub hier in kölpinsee sehr genossen. Ruhiger als in den kaiserbädern und alles da, was man braucht. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Entfernung. Toller Strand und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Gute Betreuung vor Ort.

Erholsamer und gemütlicher Urlaub
Vielen Dank für die Bereitstellung Ihrer gepflegte Ferienwohnung . Sie entsprach genau den Beschreibungen und war gemütlich eingerichtet und die komplette Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Den Kamin hatten wir leider nur einen Abend an, dafür war es zu warm, allerdings freuen wir uns schon über unseren nächsten Termin in der Übergangszeit, wenn wir den Kaminausreichend nuten werden. Besonders genossen haben wir - als Sonnenliebhaber - die beiden Terrassen. Fast den ganzen Tag Sonne...
Auch die gesamte Abwicklung hat bestens funktioniert.
Vielen Dank dafür, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Maritim gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Ihrer liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung, die wir gerne wieder buchen werden. Ebenso unsere 2 Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt - ob am nahegelegenen Strand, im Karls Erlebnis-Dorf oder beim Spielen im Garten. Die toll ausgestattete Wohnung sowie die gut ausgestattete Küche hat uns auch das gemeinsame Kochen und das gemütliche Ausklingen lassen am Abend vergoldet. Auf das Anmachen des Kamins freuen wir uns dann beim nächsten Mal im Winter.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für die Familie. Die Wohnung enthält alles was man braucht. Man kann sich Dank des Kamins auch bei kälteren Tagen gleich wohl fühlen. Die Küche ist prima eingerichtet und es ist auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Weiterhin ist die Wohnung und das Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Wir waren sehr zu frieden und können das Haus unbedenklich weiterempfehlen.

Erholung pur
Vielen Dank an Frau Jacob für die liebevolle Betreuung während unseres Urlaubs. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Selbst zu Fuß bekommt man alles was man für den Tag braucht. Die Bahnstation ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar und verbindet Kölpinsee mit den bekannten Seebädern. Allerdings ist es in Kölpinsee so schön dass man gar nicht weg möchte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
