Description
The comfortable holiday home with approx. 90m² living space was newly built in 2008.
The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is really only a 5-minute walk away. The house has a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, 2 sun loungers and an enclosed garden. Car parking spaces are available free of charge. Three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are ideal for 2 families or a holiday for 3 generations. Internet/WLan
In summer but also in the other seasons our house will remain in your pleasant memory. The sauna for 4 persons and a cosy evening by the fireplace invite you to relax even in the cooler months of the year. A supermarket with baker and butcher is approx. 500 away.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is in a quiet location, directly on the coastal forest. The Baltic Sea beach is really only about a 5-minute walk away. Kölpinsee is in the middle of the island of Usedom - the ideal starting point for excursions to the north and south of the island. The Usedom long-distance cycle path is almost on the doorstep.
On 19 March 2016, Karls Erlebnisdorf opens in the neighbouring village of Koserow! Great attractions await you! Manufactures, potato sack slide, truck strawberry cinema, tractor track, pancake forge, mud pit, goat petting enclosure, climbing playground, excavation field, water balancing pit, pony rides and much more. Surely an experience for the whole family!!!

| The prices are valid for an occupancy of up to 6 persons - each additional person costs 5€ per night. The rental price includes electricity, water, heating, free internet/WLan, 2 car parking spaces, children's high chair and children's travel cot. The use of the sauna and the washing machine is also included in the rental price. A linen package ( towels and bed linen ) can be booked for 20EURO per person or brought along yourself ( beds are not made up! ). The visitor's tax is not included in the price and will be collected on site. |

Erholung
We (4 adults and a dachshund) spent a very nice holiday in this holiday home. The garden is completely fenced, so dogs can move freely. Everything you need is available. It's only 5 minutes to the beach. We can recommend this holiday home.

wonderful, calm and relaxed time out
Very nice, quiet accommodation right by the forest. We especially liked the beautiful garden with a high fence, where we could let our Border Collie out alone. The house is also very well equipped. Upstairs are 3 equally sized bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Downstairs is the large living room with fireplace and kitchenette, as well as the second bathroom with shower and sauna. The only problem (for small children and older people) could be the steep staircase to the upper floor. We will definitely come back!

A relaxing vacation in a great accommodation
We spent a relaxing and wonderful break in this great house and its fantastic and peaceful location. The house is comfortably and harmoniously furnished and has everything you need for a vacation. Special highlights include two bathrooms, underfloor heating that provides cozy warmth in the cold season, and a sauna to relax in after a day in the diverse and beautiful nature. The house is located directly by the adjacent forest and is not far from the beach and the sea. This means you have the opportunity to immediately explore and enjoy the forest, beach, and sea. This can be done on foot or by bike. Well-developed cycling paths also allow for longer tours along the coast to nearby seaside resorts such as Zinnowitz, Trassenheide, Ahlbeck... All in all, absolutely recommendable.

Very relaxed holiday in the exclusively furnished holiday home
We had a wonderful week of time out, with walks to the nearby beach, but also the forest. Highly recommended - very idyllic hikes to the Achterwasser and around the Kölpinsee. Totally relaxed, waking up to peace with a view of nature. Even in winter, we could make interesting excursions with bicycles along the Baltic Sea towards Trassenheide and Ahlbeck, on well-developed bike paths. The holiday home was superbly furnished. Nothing was missing. Especially great the sauna and equipment of the 2 bathrooms. The landlord has also thought of sufficient literature and board games in the house. We can highly recommend this vacation home.
