Description

A place of idyll and space. This is how you could describe this little oasis on Lake Schwerin. On 60 m², up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children find enough space for a relaxing holiday. The large living area, with integrated kitchen and dining area, invites you to a cosy get-together. Satellite TV, radio, W-LAN and games provide entertainment. In the living area there is a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children. The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (pushed together as a double bed or separable as single beds). In the bathroom, the ground-level shower, underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer are worth highlighting.

From the living area you can access the large terrace with adjoining lawn. Sun loungers, barbecue and seating are available. For the little guests there is a swing and a sandbox. You can park your car and your bicycles under cover on the property. The holiday flat is located on a farm (arable farming and cattle operation).

Location and surroundings of object

The pedestrian environment

You can reach the centre of Bad Kleinen in a few minutes on foot. A supermarket (Aldi) and snack bar are only 200 m away. In the centre you will find more supermarkets, tourist information, bicycle rental, doctors, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, bank and some shops. It is about a 15-minute walk to the guarded outdoor swimming pool on Lake Schwerin, the pier and the marina.

Surroundings, leisure and excursion destinations

By car you can reach the state capital Schwerin and the Hanseatic city of Wismar in about 15 - 20 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea are also only 20 minutes away by car. Visit, for example, the Pirate Open Air Theatre, the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the zoo, numerous museums, cinema, Schwerin Castle, theatre or the historic old town in Wismar. There are countless possibilities for every weather and every taste. We also highly recommend the fisherman about 2 km away, where you can get delicious fish. You can also rent a boat here and explore the lake.

Weekend

We were here to fish and get to know Schwerin better.
The apartment offers all the comforts and felt like home.

Everything is fine.

Great amenities: Smart TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and more.

Well suited for guests without a car. The train station is not far away, the Aldi is only 5 minutes away.

Relaxation

Don't be discouraged by the entrance to the courtyard. Enjoy the morning coffee on the terrace in the first sun and then a glass of wine in the evening on the meadow in the evening sun with a view of my favorite animals, cows (no fear, no bells, no moo). Silence and stars at night. A really nice break. Not far from Baroque Gothic, castles, lakes and the sea.

Top holiday apartment for relaxation

Top holiday apartment at a very affordable price. Quiet location on the farm and not far from the Baltic Sea. The holiday apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. The landlords are also very friendly. Whether fishing, boating, or swimming in Lake Schwerin, everything is nearby.

Vacation in Bad Kleinen

The well-equipped, ground-floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Bad Kleinen, somewhat secluded on a former agricultural estate. Edeka and Aldi are just around the corner, nonetheless. The landlords live on the premises and are very helpful. The train station with ample parking is also quickly accessible. One should not be intimidated by the huge former stables upon arrival, as cars and bikes are secure and dry there. The back side of the spacious apartment with the large garden (swing in the tree, sandbox underneath) compensates for the dreary front. The view extends far over the beautiful landscape, and one can observe many different bird species. Wonderful for relaxing.

Cozy and in a good location

The holiday apartment is very cozy and centrally located to meet various needs. One can enjoy nature and take beautiful city trips, by bike or by train (highly recommended) and by car. In the evenings and mornings, there is the idyllic view of grazing cows in the most beautiful landscape. Not to forget the birdlife.

Shopping opportunities are "around the corner"; in Bad Kleinen, there is everything one needs for daily life. The agricultural operation is minimally noticeable, as it is mainly located on the opposite side of the holiday apartment.
