In summer, too, Quartier12 with its panoramic views and generous sense of space is a good choice for families, mountain bikers and hiking groups. Playground at 100m. The forest and hiking trails start almost directly behind the house; the leisure facilities summer toboggan run, climbing hall, go-kart and bowling alley, as well as the K1 chairlift with mountain bike downhill park are only a stone's throw away and the popular Vis-A-Vis hut is just 100m away. The centre is also only 1.3 km away.

The apartment is functionally furnished. You will find everything an apartment needs, but no unnecessary frills.
You can also book two apartments together in Quartier12 for families or small groups of friends - however, we ask for your understanding that we do not go beyond 2 apartments, as Quartier12 does not see itself as a club hostel or group accommodation. We value cultured guests and expect consideration for other guests in the house. Parties and excessive socialising are not desired in the house or on the balconies and will not be tolerated.

I would visit again, but not with a little child. The road is too steep to go with the stroller. Always had to use the car. Not very comfortable.

A dream for nature lovers
So the pictures under my text don't quite match. . . . . it's super modern and everything is newly furnished. We were very excited and will definitely come back. You should be good on foot if you want to stay at the highest point, because that's where the best view is! ! ! ! My boys, 17 and 14 years old, were out cycling all day and were able to perfectly park their expensive bikes on the terrace after arriving. I am also very enthusiastic about the cleaning staff and everything is very warmly decorated. The bathroom is new and very practical. The kitchen is a bit older but serves its purpose perfectly and everything is new in terms of plates, pots, etc. . . . Mattresses are new and really timelessly decorated! Many games in the hallway for every age group. Simply great! ! !

Highly recommended!
We had booked three of the four apartments for 4 nights during the Bike Days. The location and view are simply a dream. For that, I give 5 stars. The apartments are well equipped with everything you need. From spoons to the dishwasher, glasses, cups, etc., everything was there and very clean. Only in the somewhat small but good bathroom with 4 people, you have to organize yourself. For that, I give 4 stars. The facade needs a new coat of paint soon, but that is not a problem. All in all, the communication with the FeWoZentrale was great and the price-performance ratio was appropriate. For that, I give 4.5 stars. Highly recommended. Thank you very much, we can imagine booking these apartments again.
