The holiday home is very well equipped, clean, and located on a large enclosed property. The harbor and the city center with many shopping opportunities are within walking distance. There is a beautiful bicycle path along the lagoon.

Family vacation with dog

A very very beautiful object, very very clean and well maintained, you feel like in your own four walls. The property is perfect with a dog, completely fenced in, which you don't even see at first because everything is surrounded by green trees and bushes. Walking with a dog outside is also no problem, as the park is directly behind the house, where you can walk for kilometers. All in all, the little seahorse is highly recommended.

Nice vacation

Lovely, clean holiday home, ample, well-maintained property with various terrace areas (sun or shade optionally), good fencing for holidays with dogs, short distances to the city center, the harbor, and shopping facilities, forest in immediate vicinity.

Recommendation

Hellooooo.....we can recommend this house and the nice landlords with a clear conscience. We were here for Easter and it was decorated like this. Our dog could run around in the enclosed property and there is nothing to complain about in terms of furnishings, cleanliness etc.

Relaxed vacation

Everything fitted.

The house is ideal for 2 people. The location is ideal. The centre and harbour are within walking distance. Not far from the house there is a beautiful cycle path directly along the Bodden, which is also good for walking with the dog, away from the road. You can quickly reach the beach in Dierhagen. The contact by the landlord was exemplary. We liked it very much.

Dream holiday

Super great, very well equipped holiday home. We felt very comfortable. The garden was also a dream. Quiet and yet central location. A warm friendly welcome and a great environment. We will be back next year.

Very nice holiday home, great for dogs, great location

We spent a very nice week in the holiday home. Only the Murphy bed was a bit too short for our grandchild, as he is almost 1.90m tall. There was otherwise nothing to complain about the amenities. The cycle paths in the surrounding area are ideal for a holiday with a dog and the large enclosed garden as well.

Just as vacation should be

The first positive experiences could already be gathered when booking.
Hardly had the booking request been sent, Mr. Hinz immediately called back. A couple of things were quickly exchanged, and two hours later the rental contract arrived via email. That's how communication should work.

The handover of the property was also carried out directly by the landlord, and all things, from the heating to the gate, were explained in detail. Especially positive for us was the flexibility regarding the arrival time. They did not insist strictly on 3:00 PM. :-)

The equipment of the property leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled. From the dishwasher in the kitchen, the flat screen in the living room, to the charcoal grill in the garden, everything is available.

Especially noteworthy are the two terraces and the beach chair. Whether you prefer sunbathing or shade, everyone will find the perfect spot here to relax. The holiday home is quietly located in the back of the property away from the street. Due to its central location, the town center, supermarkets, and bakeries can be reached on foot in no time. It is the perfect starting point for hikes along the Bodden or bike tours on well-developed cycling paths. And if you want to go further afield, you can reach Rostock, Stralsund, or Darß within an hour by car. We can only recommend the Seepferchen and we were definitely not there for the last time.

For the second time, everything is great!

Even during our second vacation at the holiday home Seepferdchen, there was nothing to complain about! From the welcome to the farewell by the lovely hosts, everything was perfect. The holiday home is lovingly and fully furnished! We didn't miss anything. Everything is absolutely clean and tidy. Our dog also enjoyed the large, fully fenced property. All important facilities such as supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants are within walking distance. The small town center and the park by the Amber Museum are also worth visiting. One lives very centrally here. Everything is quickly accessible. For dog owners, a dream, a fenced property and a house all to oneself, nothing more is needed.

Holiday with dog

The holiday home is ideal for two people. It should be emphasised that we were allowed to take our two Jack Russels with us. All the technical equipment, especially the kitchen equipment, was impeccable. The well-kept outdoor area was a feast for the eyes. The entire grounds including the building are alarmed, including a radio-controlled gate. The central location of the property makes it easy to get to shops, petrol stations, the harbour, the town centre, etc. The optimal design of the building means that there is no road noise. The optimal location of the building does not allow for street noise. These are optimal conditions for dog walking and for a quiet, relaxed holiday. It should be emphasised that we were looking for a property that could be enjoyed without New Year's Eve banging and crowds of people. This was only fully possible. The holiday home is absolutely technically suitable for year-round occupancy. We were very pleased with the Mediterranean design of the rooms, which conveyed a flair of "I am at the sea". The landlord couple is always anxious to offer the holidaymakers an atmosphere of well-being, e.g. through Christmas decorations and a polite and courteous manner. We can only recommend this holiday home. It is absolutely pet-friendly and the house was so well insulated on New Year's Eve that we heard almost nothing. Many thanks for that!!! The price-performance ratio offered to us met all expectations. The landlord couple is always available and approachable, we would like to emphasise that. We would like to come again. Class offer

An all-round satisfactory offer at a good price-performance ratio. We were convinced by the location of the property, the super equipment (among other things, 2 terraces, one with awning, double carport plus two additional parking spaces on the property, electric gate with remote control, satellite TV with large flat-screen TV, stereo system, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, underfloor heating for the cooler season, outdoor blinds all around, burglar alarm system and much more). The house is nicely and functionally equipped. You can have a great holiday with 4 people. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
