- Free cancellation option until 30 days before the day of arrival.
- Entschädigung von Hausbootvermietung Seeblick im Falle des Nichtantritts der Reise durch den Mieter, außerordentliches Kündigungsrecht (1) Soweit Sie die Anzahlung (vgl. § 4 Absatz 1) nicht zahlen, bedarf es keiner weiterer Aktivitäten Ihrerseits, da der Vertrag dann (mangels Bedingungseintritt) nicht zustande kommt. (2) Haben Sie die Anzahlung und/oder weitere Zahlung bereits geleistet, so besteht – da vorliegend Mietrecht anwendbar ist – von Gesetzes wegen, weder ein Rücktritts- noch ein Kündigungsrecht. (3) Sollten Sie im Falle des Absatzes 2 die Reise nicht antreten, sehen wir folgende Entschädigungspauschalen vor, welche von einem etwaig zurückzuzahlenden Mietpreis in Abzug gebracht werden: a.) b.) c.) d.) bis 30. Tag vor Anreise: 50,00 EUR Bearbeitungspauschale, 29 bis 14 Tage vor Anreise: 30% des Gesamtmietpreises, ab 14 Tage vor Anreise: 80% des Gesamtmietpreises ab 7 Tage vor Anreise: 100 % des Gesamtmietpreises. Ihnen steht die Möglichkeit des Nachweises eines geringeren Schadens offen. Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung sollte Ihrerseits daher vor Vertragsschluss in Erwägung gezogen. (4) Das Recht auf außerordentliche Kündigung beider Parteien aus wichtigem Grund bleibt hiervon unberührt. Ein solches steht Hausbootvermietung Seeblick insbesondere zu, im Falle schwerwiegender Verstöße gegen die Hausordnung oder falls, trotz Mahnung, die Zahlung der weiteren Miete (vgl. § 4 Absatz 1) nicht vor Mietbeginn und Anreise erfolgt.
