The bright, spacious, and well-equipped holiday home (max 6 people) with separate apartment (max 3-4 people), pool (approx. 6.50 x 3.50m) and boat mooring of approx. 12m, have central air conditioning (hot/cold). The accommodation is located in Empuriabrava, sector Noguera. The beach with its beautiful promenade, the restaurants, and shops are m away, by car in 5 min. reachable, about 20 minutes on foot, about 10 minutes by bicycle.
The holiday home includes a freshwater pool of approx. 6.50 m x 3.50 m, a large sun terrace facing the pool, as well as 2 further terraces facing the canal, with a view of the seawater canal and boat dock of In the pool area there are sun loungers and a sun sail. On the large terrace facing the canal, you have the opportunity to enjoy a cozy breakfast in the morning or in the evening,. in the evening twilight, to enjoy a good glass of wine. Two sun loungers are also available here.
The main house, as well as the apartment, are equipped with German-French satellite TV. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. From the living room, you can access the beautiful terrace facing the canal. The main house has 3 bedrooms: 1 double room with a bed size of 180 x 200 cm, 1 room with a bed size of 160 x 200 cm, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each 90 x 200 cm. There are also 2 shower bathrooms with windows.
From the main house, you can access a storage room. Here, 3-4 bicycles are available for guests, 1 standing grill for a pleasant barbecue evening, as well as a large fridge/freezer combination and a washing machine. The apartment has a separate entrance, with a small outdoor terrace, small kitchen, fully equipped, without dishwasher, living-dining room with German-French satellite TV, 1 shower bathroom with window and 2 bedrooms with bed size of approx. 160 x 200 m.
Note: In the high season, the apartment cannot be rented separately without the main house. The main house can be rented separately during this time, without the apartment or the main house with apartment.

Due to an opaque cover on the fence/wall (facing the street), the property is not visible.

Location and surroundings of object
The beautiful, wide and child-friendly sandy beach can be reached by car in about 5-10 minutes, as can the centre with its bars, restaurants and shops.
The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are located in approx. 700m in the "Alberes Comercial" or the supermarket at the Puigmal.
The supermarkets Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.
In the closer surroundings of Empuriabrava there are many good and partly traditional restaurants with Mediterranean and international cuisine.
The Costa Brava is the coast that causes the most admiration and surprise. It is home to tourist centres and virgin landscapes, such as the Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l`Empordá Natural Parks and, in addition to Empuriabrava, other places worth seeing: Roses, Canyelles Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L`Escala, L`Estartit, Sant Martí - Ruines d`Empuries, Medes Islands, Peradellada, the Montserrat Monastery, the Dalí Museum and the house and studio of Dalí in Portlligat. Along the way you will see the landscapes and the work of the brilliant painter who called himself divine.
Activities
On not so nice days the Butterfly Park in Castello d`Empuries is highly recommended.
Empuriabrava and its surroundings offer a wide range of sporting activities, whether in the water, on land, in the air or in the mountains.
All along the coast there are opportunities for kidesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, parachuting, golf, mini golf, tennis, quart tours / excursions, wave pool, parachute jumping, mountain and coastal walks, skiing (until April) and much more.
In La Molina or Andorra there are very nice ski resorts where you can enjoy skiing until April. From Empuriabrava it takes about 2-3 hours to get there. So a day ski tour is also worthwhile.
The tourist centres offer numerous city trips, Barcelona, Lloret de Mar or the Montserrat Monastery.
Every Saturday, Empuriabrava, on the beach road, hosts a popular and colourful market.
