Description
The renovated, spacious and well-equipped holiday home (max 5-6 persons) with separate apartment (max 3-4 persons), pool ( x 3m) and boat mooring of approx. 12m, have central air conditioning (warm/cold). The accommodation is located in Empuriabrava, sector Noguera. The beach with its beautiful promenade, the restaurants and shops are about 1500-2000 m away, reachable by car in 5 min., by foot about 20 min., by bike about 10 min.
To the holiday house belongs an approx. 7 x 3 m fresh water pool, a large sun terrace to the pool, as well as 2 further terraces to the channel, with view to the sea water channel and boat mooring of approx. 12 m. At the pool area there are 4 sun beds and a sun sail. On the large terrace facing the canal, you have the possibility to have breakfast in the morning or in the evening, at dusk, to enjoy a good glass of wine. Also here 2 sun loungers are available.
The main house and the apartment are equipped with French-German satellite TV. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. From the living room, you can access the beautiful terrace facing the canal. The main house has 3 bedrooms: 1 double room with bed size 180 x 200m, 1 room with bed size 160 x 200m and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of size 90 x 200m. Furthermore there are 2 shower bathrooms with window.
From the main house you get to a storage room. Here 4 bicycles are available for the guests, 2 standing grills for a nice barbecue evening, as well as a large fridge/freezer combination and a washing machine.
The apartment has a separate entrance, with a small outside terrace, small kitchen, fully equipped but without dishwasher, living-dining room with French-German satellite TV, 1 shower room with window and 2 bedrooms with bed size of approx. 160 x 200 m.
Note: The main house and apartment is equipped with central air conditioning (hot/cold) and secured with an alarm system.
Note: In the high season the apartment cannot be rented separately without the main house.
The main house can be rented separately during this period, without apartment or the main house with apartment.
In the early and late season the apartment can be rented without the main house.
Through an opaque cover on the fence/wall (towards the street), the property is not visible.

The beautiful, wide and child-friendly sandy beach can be reached by car in about 5-10 minutes, as can the centre with its bars, restaurants and shops.
The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are located in approx. 700m in the "Alberes Comercial" or the supermarket at the Puigmal.
The supermarkets Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.
In the closer surroundings of Empuriabrava there are many good and partly traditional restaurants with Mediterranean and international cuisine.
The Costa Brava is the coast that causes the most admiration and surprise. It is home to tourist centres and virgin landscapes, such as the Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l`Empordá Natural Parks and, in addition to Empuriabrava, other places worth seeing: Roses, Canyelles Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L`Escala, L`Estartit, Sant Martí - Ruines d`Empuries, Medes Islands, Peradellada, the Montserrat Monastery, the Dalí Museum and the house and studio of Dalí in Portlligat. Along the way you will see the landscapes and the work of the brilliant painter who called himself divine.
Activities
On not so nice days the Butterfly Park in Castello d`Empuries is highly recommended.
Empuriabrava and its surroundings offer a wide range of sporting activities, whether in the water, on land, in the air or in the mountains.
All along the coast there are opportunities for kidesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, parachuting, golf, mini golf, tennis, quart tours / excursions, wave pool, parachute jumping, mountain and coastal walks, skiing (until April) and much more.
In La Molina or Andorra there are very nice ski resorts where you can enjoy skiing until April. From Empuriabrava it takes about 2-3 hours to get there. So a day ski tour is also worthwhile.
The tourist centres offer numerous city trips, Barcelona, Lloret de Mar or the Montserrat Monastery.
Every Saturday, Empuriabrava, on the beach road, hosts a popular and colourful market.
