This beautiful holiday flat is on the ground floor of a newly built holiday home
is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow on the island of Usedom. It offers space for a total of 2 people. A small dog is allowed in this flat.

Location and surroundings of object

Through a quiet piece of forest (approx. 700 m ) you can reach the Baltic Sea beach directly. Koserow is located approximately in the middle of the 40-kilometre-long beach on the island of Usedom between Peenemünde and Swinemünde(Poland).

In addition to having the highest elevation (Streckelsberg), the area around Koserow is also the narrowest part of the island of Usedom between the sea and the backwater. There is no other place on the island where the two bodies of water are so close together.
